Only location and staff Cleanliness, not like the pictures at all, no lift , no iron , no phone, very very old

The ladies in the kitchen area were very polite and friendly The shower of the unit was dirty and some appliances were broken. The door frame was also broken and it looked like the door was opened manually and damaged but not repaired.

I stayed in the suit, liked my room and ended up extending the stay. There is parking. The breakfast was simple but sufficient. It's very close to the beach. Nice view. Could definitely improve on cleaning. The room was not cleaned during the stay and wasn't very clean when I checked in. Decent breakfast but the presentation could be better as well.

Garbage in the hall right outside my door when I woke up. And animals had gotten into it overnight. Not nice!

We had to go and ask multiple times for towels and toilet paper. If you have difficulties going up the stairs or heavy luggage, this wouldn't be the place for you. The room wasn't super clean and the receptionist said that the WiFi was down for the whole city, which wasn't true. After asking multiple times to provide the password just in case it starts working, the WiFi seemed to work just fine. We didn't like the breakfast, so we had to eat outside.

Some of the employees at the location tried as much as possible to ensure a decent climate for our accommodation. The rooms were dirty and damp, especially in the bathroom where the plaster/paint was falling off the walls. The linen, towels and beds provided were dirty or very worn. In December (the period when I used the location's services) it was very cold in the rooms, and the heating devices (I received an air heater, because the air conditioning did not work at all) are not able to provide a reasonable thermal compliance. To access the rooms you have to use the stairs, there is no elevator to go up to the upper floors. The dining area was dirty and the breakfast staff did not care to clean the tables or prepare the food hygienically.

Good location and nice room) Room picture one floor, one view, but in check in, was different floor, it means different view, should be one floor more((( from my floor I saw only Infront building and a little bit seaside, from up floor is amazing view seaside.

The staff was amazing and rooms were very comfortable , the apartment had an amazing view of the sea. we had a great stay .

an old and ruin building,without elevator, dirty towels and bed, breakfat is a catastrophe.

This hotel has a perfect location - not in the heart of downtown, but in a walking distance from the bus station (~10-14 mins) and less than 5 mins from the seaside. Close to restaurants, bars, supermarkets, etc. The structure consists of several buildings, the breakfast is served on a panoramic terrace. The receptionists are very polite, kind, helpful and the youngest receptionist called Mila (a doggy) stole my heart. The bed was big and pretty comfortable but the mattress tried to escape a couple of times ? The rooms seem to be a little shabby, there was no kettle but 2 bottles of water were brought upon our request. It needs some time to wait for the hot water to run in the shower. The breakfast was decent (better than nothing), no great choice (eggs, olives, cheese, veggies, jams, butter, tea/nescafe). We would appreciate if there was offered a Turkish coffee instead of instant).
