Old and not maintained, room are not clean and bathroom are dirty need maintainance, everyday same breakfast and overall the value was not matching the price

Very disappointing experience. The air conditioning in our room was not working properly, making the room very uncomfortable. We reported the issue several times and asked to change rooms, but the only option offered was to pay extra for a suite. In the end, we had to leave the hotel early and book another hotel at our own expense. The biggest disappointment was not the technical issue itself, but the lack of a fair solution and poor customer service.

Very disappointing experience. The rooms were extremely dirty and smelled terrible. There was hair everywhere, and the toilet appeared to have been used and not cleaned properly. I had to change rooms three times, but they all had the same issues. Even the staff acknowledged how bad the smell was, yet nothing was done to resolve the problem. On top of that, there was no hot water for two days. The conditions were unacceptable, and I eventually had to book another hotel and leave.
