It was very dirty, we had to ask them to clean it every three days. They didn't clean the toilet at all, the air conditioner was broken, we had to cool ourselves with the fan. Their English was so basic that some of them didn't even know what you were saying. It was just a relatively good location.

Car park and location are the only things that are convenient for us I was expecting something better for the property I paid for. Everything was old. The air conditioning was working without cooling, and we had to stop the refrigerator at night due to the enormous noise it made. Three nights for over €500 is not worth it for this property. A typical local area wanted to take advantage by charging hotel prices despite the dying tourism in this region.

This is difficult to assess because the actual resort of Yalikavak is very expensive, so the prices of your room reflect that. It was what I expected. I am a seasoned traveller and have been all over the world from 1 star accommodation to 5 star plus.This hotel is one and half star very basic but clean and the staff very pleasant..They could improve their WiFi strength and have pool towels.Dont expect any luxury. About a 5 minutes walk to the front.Yalikavak is a nice resort, but not much too do ,I preferred Bodrum 30 mins away by bus only £1.25..

Good location Apartments where very dated and basic,nice pool and gardens.What made it for us where the family owners,they could not have done more for us the nicest of people who kept it very clean.
