We had a wonderful stay the views were absolutely stunning and the food was delicious with plenty of great options. The staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We also heard that the new padel courts will be opening soon so we’ll definitely be back. Looking forward to visiting again

Love the style & view of this property. All staff were amazing & clean, very well organized. If i didn’t have other plans i would love to extend my stay. Central town which is close to Marina & historic castle is 5 to 8 minutes taxi. I was so relaxed in resort hardly wanted to leave the property. Customer service manager Mr Hasan amazing customer care & all staff amazing Nothing I want to say I feel perfectly located

L’état général de l’hôtel est cosy et mignon, même si le bâtiment n’est pas entièrement neuf et présente quelques petits problèmes. L’emplacement est hyper sympa, juste à côté de la mer, et tout est à proximité. Le petit déjeuner est très varié. Le personnel est accueillant, sympathique et à l’écoute 24h/24. Nous avons bien profité de notre séjour et, en rapport qualité-prix, c’est un très bon choix.

Positiv: Super Frühstück, Tolle ruhige Aussicht. Internetabdeckung überall fantastisch. Toller Service Personal. Optimierungswürdig: Angebot Strandbar begrenzt. Achtung-Für behinderte Mitmenschen ist das Hotel absolut nicht geeignet wegen der vielen Treppen und Hanglage des Hotel. Gruß Familie Gülcan

Staff was very nice and helpful! The Buffet was really good with lots of selections. The only negative is the back patio was dirty and all the plants were dead. They need to fix that up so the view out your sliding glass door will be more pleasant.

The hotel was as we were informed effectively closed so there was a bad skeleton of staff on there was barely any cleaning. The rooms weren’t made up. The rooms were cleaned properly. There was no ice to be had for drinks. There was no waterside pool bar which had closed for the season there was no beds put out properly. I had to physically drag my own beds out every day. The towels are dirty. It stuff at the front desk when one complained all they said was they can’t do an email to the Hotel was effectively closed the Manager just wandered around with his stupid little dog and a fishing rod fishing while the guests suffered. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody at any price even if they gave me a room again I wouldn’t do it. I paid for two weeks, but I checked out after one week and now they’re saying they weren’t refund me for the days that I’m owed do not be fooled by the pictures and holiday. Inn should be ashamed of themselves being associated with this Hotel.

The hotel I would say was average, rooms were basic and balcony very exposed. The hotel is situated on a hill and quite isolated and you would need breakfast was the same every day and quite restricted for vegetarians

Best hospitality we enjoyed any moment of our stay were very comfortable with Nursu Karlidağ any time we need her she help us like a family many thanks to her and other staff please let them know about our stays sincerely
