Location near by to culinary spot, room ok, staff good, breakfast good. Like the rooftop restaurant and view. Reception counter is placed awkwardly (in the basement, never seen like this). Rooms are not sound proof at all (tv sound from next room and prayer call from where-ever mosque audible very loudly. Balcony railing makes the room ugly, causing inconvenience sitting on the balcony to enjoy the mountain view.

Location near to culinary spots, not too far from Jagorawi high way. Breakfast was good with many choices. AC was privately controlled, hot water ran all day. Reception counter was awkwardly placed (in basement, not facing street. Balcony railing was like jail bars. Not sound proof room, noise from next room’s tv and prayer call were loud and anoying.

Good locations. Greqt on the upgrade of parking system. Have been staying at the hotel quite frequent. Hope to get complimemtary room upgrade

The hotel is located behind Botani Square Mall, so it was very convenient to go shopping. The staff were very friendly and explained everything in thorough detail. The view was pretty good and the bed was very comfy Just like with any Indonesian hotel, there was ants in the room.

Spacious room, very clean and comfortable, with relatively cheap room rates for a 4-star class. The facilities are complete The ramp to the parking lot is very narrow. Drivers must be very careful if they don't want their vehicles to get scratched

Breakfast was excellent, the pool was nice and cozy. The rooftop bar was very nice. The children playground was good Just one minor thing, if motorcycle can also use the bridge to enter the lobby it would really help and avoid confusion. Now, if we use motorcycle we have to go through a maze of roads just to reach the entrance. For most its really confusing

The hotel room we stayed in and then the apartment we moved to were both very clean, with comfortable beds and good showers. Ample varieties for the breakfast buffet, although the a la carte menu for dinner is a bit limited as is the room service menu. Good swimming pool about 20-25 meters suitable for laps. A bit difficult to get to but traversing local backstreets is always an interesting exercise.

Food at breakfast is very good but a nightmare because to crowded Expensive for this level of prestation

Comfortable all round! A but difficult to get to, but it’s worth the effort.

Good loaction. Pleasant staffs. Availability of the convenient store (Ezymart) is good although.it could be better. When I tried to order something by dialing the Operator, it can be better if able to take note of my request/enquiries and get back to me, instead of diverting my call to the respective department extention line and have to repeat my conversation all over again.
