Location adjacent to mall. Staff were attentive & friendly. Feable wifi. Thin walls! We can literally hear side and upper floor neighbors. Dirty pool. Faded towels.

We got a free upgrade to the suite as we arrived very late. Staff was nice and love the access to the mall. There was a smell coming coming from outside to the hallways of the hotel near the lifts. Perhaps they need to block air coming from outside.

ok 1. no aircon in pubic area, too hot, this cost saving may be expected at periods of low occupancy but not when the hotel is fully booked. 2. the lifts are slow and passenger capacity is very limited 3. very limited tv channels offered

The room lighting could be brighter. I prefer white lighting. But the variety of food during breakfast was delightful

we love the location in the central part of Bogor, and easily accessed from some city icons. Its attachment to a big mall makes it easy to get some food, groceries and everything. The staff is nice and helpful. nothing so far.

We enjoy our stay in the suite room very spacious and clean. Breakfast was superb with a lot of varieties. Location ???? Staff all are excellent ?? The Spa experienced could have been better The masseuse not match our standard

The included buffet breakfast was excellent. Staff were very helpful. The bathroom was run down. There was no iron and ironing board in the room

The room is not brightly lit.. I'm not complaining much but as you age like a fine wine, we need more light to see around..? , the tv/remote intermittently off and on ..yes we call for hotel help, it was done, but the next day the tv couldn't be on back ?.
