The location is nicely near the bus terminal to the Soekarno–Hatta international airport and also near the Botani Square mall. Within walking distance, you can start walking around the famous Bogor Botanical Gardens. The staff were friendly, and the room was comfortable with two water dispensers in the aisle.

location is great. central, near to the Bogor Botanical Garden. All staff is super friendly. this time, my room didn't have the hand soap. The staff forgot to refill the bottle. No daly clean up (at least i expected they will come and empty the trash bins)

The location is good. Close to the botanical gardens. A massive mall two minutes walk from the hotel, where you have everything. The hotel is the loudest hotel I've stayed in, in over 60 countries. The constant sound of furniture getting moved around, possibly due to staff cleaning, showing no consideration for guests. I asked to change rooms, I requested a quiet room. I was moved from the 3rd floor to the 9th. Unbelievably loud on the 9th floor, the whole room was shaking from the water pump located on the roof. After I left a Google review, they called my room and insisted I get a massage (I am not joking), which I declined, this was around 8pm. I fell asleep, around half past midnight I jumped out of my sleep because someone was knocking on my door, the "masseuse" was standing there, insisting it was booked and that she should come into my room. The whole thing was so creepy. Of course I declined. All I wanted was a quiet room. I ended up listening to that loud noise for several days, got no sleep, and survived on painkillers. Avoid this place, unless you're a creep of course, or young, it'll suit you just fine.

Location and staff great, breakfast ok. Noisy AC unit outside my room that wasn't mine. It sounded like a general one, not a room unit. So loud. No water supplied in the room, which is strange.

Like the location as it is very near to Botani Mall Very upset with the broken link between Booking.com and Fave Hotel Information. I booked the room for my friends and they are sharing the room, so the room was booked with 2 single bed or twin bed, but the hotel said no information was transferred to their Hotel System. As the hotel has accepted one large group booking, there is no other twin bedroom available. This has making me and my friends upset with both Booking.com and the Fave Hotel. As we insits, only then the next day we managed to get the room we request. But overall, this is very bad and why I need to call the hotel to confirmed my request. It is ridiculous, might as well I booked directly with hotel if Booking.com cannot managed the request.
