Very Friendly Staff, I had been in the hotel 10 years ago and it keeps having this amazing facilities, very good food at the restaurant and overall amazing experience.

Everyone was so nice. It's a beautiful place. It is very close main roads however so quiet. The room had enough closets for clothes. Breakfast is insufficient for the price, there could be more variety and better service.

The Customer Service is exceptional The room is an apartment with all the comfort and space. The breakfast is excellent and the restaurant offers very good options

The staff is very nice and smart to advise you. The room is very big as a flat. I specifically chose this hotel to enjoy the spa and pool, but it was impossible because a family occupied them the entire morning. I was told that a reservation was required, but no one mentioned this to me the day before when I arrived. It seems like there is no proper time management to ensure that everyone can benefit. In the end, I never got to use either the pool or the spa, and given the price, it was very disappointing.

Pets were allowed but no bed was provided even tho we were changed additionally for each So bad. We had a long trip the next day but could not sleep due to a party they had and they did not tell us before hand. It was the worse night ever for our family after paying premium rate

It is definitely a place I would stay each time I travel to Bogota. Excellent location, ambience and comfort.

The hotel is in a nice and safe area. Apartment was spacious well maintained and clean. Kitchen was equipped with all you need for comfortable stay. Stuff at the reception desk was very nice and helpful. We really loved staying there. We liked the breakfast too. Maybe missing more vegetables variety.

The staff is very nice. Whenever we travel with family, we try to stay at the Hotel 101 Parkhouse. The facilities are very nice, and the staff is very friendly.

Everything is super clean and the staff are really helpful. There was a party in the street. It was so noisy it was impossible to sleep. I ended up having to change rooms at 11pm. The staff were amazing and understanding. I don’t think I’d stay at the hotel again though. It’s not a restful place and the noise is out of the hotel’s hands.

nothing The night I arrived to the room the shower was broken. Hotel Staff made me wait until next day to fix it! They didn't offer me to change to another room. The compensation hotel offered to me was a free breakfast! (what an insult!) I didn't accept it. Thus I decided to start a legal action! Manager doesn't have any sense of customer service and customer satisfaction!

Can be up to an hour drive from the airport. The airport shuttle is twice the price of a taxi. The hot tub takes forever to fill up.

Beds were perfect. Very calm stay. Very attentive personal. The only thing mugs in the kitchen were not clean.

Located in very nice neighborhood, close to Calle 109 which has shops and places to eat. Literally right next to the hotel there is a children playground which is perfect for families with small children. The hotel is being renovated, so the room was very nice, newly painted, well equipped, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I would definitively stay again I personally did not like the pastries of the breakfast, but it had other options that were good like eggs, pancakes and a lot of different fruits. also fresh juices and yogurt
