We were notified after we arrived that the hotel, a part of the hotel was under renovations.

Super clean

The location is great. The staff was exceptional Construction noise. Small dining area.

They woke us up at 6 am to clean the room, which was odd. I would suggest better communication with cleaning ladies. Very minor issues

The cleanning. . There was no towel in my room, I had to ask twice for it.

The location of the property was a good place What I did not like about the property was the hotel is not how it used to be. This would’ve been my 11th time running in this hotel as of eight years ago, but the bathtubs were in horrible condition. Cracked the valves did not work properly. Very poor pressure on the shower. The toilet would get plugged up and flushed out on his own in and I had my kids with me we had to wait a few hours until they finally came and served us to fix the issue with the room smelling like nothing but pure shit and that’s not a cool thing when you have kids around specially infants the actual smoke can actually get your kids sick The staff were great. Just the housing was very poor in the inside of the room.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Cosmos 100 in Bogotá. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a great variety of fresh breads, warm dishes, fruits, and natural juices — plenty of options to start the day well. The wellness facilities are also impressive. The sauna was relaxing, and the gym is well-equipped for a solid workout. Although I didn’t use the swimming pool, it looked very nice and quite large, perfect for anyone who enjoys a good swim. Overall, it’s a comfortable hotel with good amenities, ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The only point to mention is that the room felt a little old, but it was not an issue and did not affect my stay.

Rude attitude from male staff at the restaurant and way too expensive room service

Great place to stay with my family. The kids loved the pool, which was nice and warm. The breakfast was fantastic. The area is very safe and quiet at night. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. It would be nice to have some bottled water in the room, but we were able to fill bottles in the 2nd lobby.

no minibar, not even empty fridge ? ordered some drinks first night, took them to room. second night shortly before midnight i get woken up by persistent banging on door, waiter is there with same drink order from night before, but i hadn't ordered ?

friendly reception staff and especially Don Selvino-a concierge comfortable bed clean room less street noise than during previous visits lack of even a small refrigerator in my room was an unpleasant surprise-it ,likely,happened the first time quality of everyday,inclusive breakfasts deteriorated(especially coffee)
