Very expensive I don’t like the location and the offices entrance. The elevator was not good. It’s office is entrance. It’s mixed with everybody.

Staff and clean Mess up between property and booking.com on the room. Both made me pay extra. Upgraded room being under the pool was too hot. Upon complaining nothing was done

The Double Tree by Hilton in Chapinero is in a safe area north of the city, which is convenient if you want to walk around the centre of the city . The facilities are very good but we had no opportunity to use them as our stay was for only a few hours. The staff were very attentive to our needs and requests. A packed breakfast would have made a difference to our early morning departure.

Very well located The breakfast is not good. Food is cold, not much flavour and bread was old

The staff weee just okay. They said they would come to our room twice but never came. They didn’t talk to guests just looked at us like we were crazy. The TV are not smart TVs. The rooftop bar is less to be desired. The hotel breakfast is not good. Luckily many restaurants to walk to near by. I was not pleased by really anything at this hotel. The staff grounds and amenities need major help. The lady with dyed red hair at the front wasn’t nice and laughed at us. We almost water in the hotel for hours.
