Great breakfast Very friendly staff No A/C

Only the location. The facilities at all, the elevator was old, the room had an old tv without smart functions, the room had few wrong placed decoration and wasn’t comfortable even though it was the family room it had only 2 chairs and one little table. Also they didn’t gift flops as it is usual in NH hotels. The hotel staff didn’t took the deliveries to the room at anytime, they just give a call to pick it up at the front desk, it wasn’t a comfortable stay at all.

We got a junior sweet for a very good price, includinf breakfast which had a great selection of food and fruits. The room was clean and location was superb!

The location for this property is perfect because it is near varied restaurants. The room was always very clean and the staff was kind and happy to help. The bed was incredibly stiff. So much so that I had to ask for an extra blanket to try and make it more comfortable. The rug in the hallway to the room could use a change since it had an old musty smell.

Location is great, walking distance from multiple places and restaurants. Attentive staff, clean facilities and spacious rooms. Beds are not comfortable they are way too firm

Cleanliness, location, style

Location/convenience. Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. I didn't have a refridgerator in my room however traveling companions did have one in their rooms. Just a big hole in the cabinet where a refridgerator was supposed to be. Although I didn't have housekeeping attend to my room made daily, when I did ask for it, very little to no ammenities were replaced (i., nespresso pods, tea, extra towels). Also it didn't appear that the vanity in the bathroom had been wiped down after service. Damaged wall in the bedroom was an eyesore.

Ver good location. Good facilities and breakfast. It can be noisy. A bit overpriced but fair considering the area.

Big, modern room and great bathroom. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. Centrally located with many restaurants nearby, safe area.

The staff from the moment we entered, the restaurant people, the chef and servent always whent farther than required! The parking facility accommodation is mostly for supcompact but it was able to accommodate and fulfill our need at the moment.

WOW, what a nice hotel vs the price. I wasn't expecting it to be so good tbh. Very nice staff, HUGE rooms (booked the standard one), very nice breakfast (especially for Colombia). All in all, it's a great value. Ah - location is also very nice and trendy too... Nothing bad

Excellent Everything very Good!

Everything was fine.

I liked everything from friendly staff, to spacious clean room to location. Nothing.

The bed was good The lack of towels and things like water and microwave.

I had a very bad experience during breakfast time with the available staff. I ordered eggs that after 25 minutes of waiting did not arrive and the waiter told me that they had mistaken the order. It was early morning at the restaurant had only about four tables with costumers. The attention I received from the general manager was not supportive at all. Little empathy for the costumer.
