Location A little old

I liked the location of the property. Very close to many things and a very good neighborhood to take a walk through The room didn’t seem ready. There were no towels or Kleenex. Also there’s a horrible smell in the restroom like mold. The room is so cold and there is no heater.

-
Location and price Not very clean, old hotel and some staff didn’t help with requests. Noisy hotel and food choices very limited
-
Location Service in room, not towels, not TV

Good location, good price Hotel is starting to really show its age. Had to switch rooms twice due to jsses with the first two rooms (staff was very helpful and accomodating). Also be aware there is no air condition or fans in the rooms, so they get a bit warm.

the good: -the rooms are big - Breakfast was nice -well located the bad: - Clearly is missing a proper admin - The gym it is destroyed - the cleaning ladies are extremely noise, with music, singing, yelling, it was honestly bizarra

Great service, great food, comfortable rooms, generally clean. Bathrooms lacking a deep clean (sinks, showers) but still generally clean.

Location was very convenient for us and breakfast was very good The elevator had a persistent foul odor during our stay, making it very unpleasant to use. On one Sunday evening, a political party meeting created excessive noise late into the night. Despite several attempts to contact management, our concerns were not taken seriously, and we ultimately had to go downstairs in person to request assistance because we needed to wake up early the next day. This significantly impacted our experience.

What was advertised was not what we got….. There are were heaters to get warm, the key cards didn’t work sometimes, towels were changed on our last day, toilets didn’t work

We chose Windsor House by GEH Suites expecting a comfortable stay, but unfortunately, it ended up being one of the more disappointing hotels of our trip. To start with the positive, the interior design is quite nice and gives a good first impression. Unfortunately, that was probably the highlight of our experience. Check-in was more difficult than it should have been, as the front desk staff struggled with basic English. While we understand that not everyone speaks fluent English, being able to communicate the essentials at reception would make a big difference for international guests. The hotel itself also felt somewhat neglected. The carpet in the hallways looked like it hadn't seen a vacuum cleaner in a long time, which wasn't a great look. Our room had constant noise coming from the plumbing and drainage system, something that became especially noticeable at night. The biggest issue, however, was the hot water—or rather, the lack of it. During our three-night stay, we never managed to get a proper hot shower. The water was only lukewarm, so every shower felt more like a quick necessity than something enjoyable. What also left a strange final impression was the check-out experience. Instead of the usual "Have a safe trip" or "We hope to see you again," we were asked many questions about the minibar. It may seem like a small detail, but hospitality is often about those small interactions. Overall, while the hotel looks good in photos, the lack of hot water, maintenance issues, and underwhelming service mean that I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

I liked the location and feeling safe. The low pressure of the toilets and no ice buckets. It was hot and no ice machine or container to store it. Need more English speaking personnel.
