The location is good, close to grocery and restaurants. Breakfast was better the previous times I have stayed but still pretty good. They need to make sure they keep up with maintenance. There were a few small items that were not serviceable like the additional lock on my door.

After my stay I received a bill for an item I supposedly used. No A/C in the room.

Nothing The rooms were dusty and dirty, I couldn't sleep, I left the hotel at 5am because it was awful!!

It's a good Business hotel with comfy rooms and good customer service. The location is great, just steps away from AV 19 and Calle 100 and a few minutes from Parque de la 93 and other interesting zones with restaurants. The hotel charged me 25% extra supposedly for tax (VAT in Colombia is 19%), but Colombian law mandates that any advertisement has to include the total price including all fees and taxes. Besides, the hotel did not print my bill with the detailed charges (also mandated by law) nor did they mail it to me when I requested it.

Breakfast simple but overall of, nothing special. The Wifi doesn't work inside the rooms. I had to stay in the living room in order to use the internet, otherwise it would not work, they staff said, yes we looked into it and it all seems fine, however, nothing was fine and I would not recommend this hotel if you need to use wifi in your room.
