Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. The service was impeccable and great food/drinks.

Overall it went well. This was our second stay in Casa Medina this year and we got disappointed with room service this time. We asked for a jar of coffee and it took 30 minutes to get into our room. I had to go downstairs and get two cups of coffee from the restaurant. Asked for an iron. It took 45 minutes to get to the room. It is not a good look to remind the staff that it is a 5 star hotel.

This was our first time in the Four Seasons Casa Medina in Bogota, Colombia and our stay was simply staggering. Staff is highly qualified for this 5 star hotel that we felt welcome from the very first moment we stepped in the lobby. Room was beautifully decorated. The lighting in the social area was a bit too dark at nightBeds and pillows are very comfortable. Bathroom was great and we loved the smell of the shampoo and body wash products in the shower. Staff did a great job with cleaning and room service was very efficient at midnight everytime we felt thirsty for some booze hehe. Food and drinks were top notch. We would definitely stay again in October. Breakfast was pricey. Hotel could've offered a little bit more of local food for breakfast.

Casa Medina is in a great location and the staff were incredibly warm and helpful throughout my stay. The atmosphere is cosy and inviting, making it an ideal spot for exploring the area. One downside was being woken up around 6:00 am by strong cooking smells coming from the kitchen and into my room. It disrupted the otherwise peaceful mornings. With better ventilation or soundproofing, this place would be close to perfect.

Beautiful building! Amazing food! The speakeasy was incredibly cool! Only bad thing was our vanity mirror stopped lighting up and it didn’t get fixed while we were there.
-
Fantastic all around, beautiful hotel, friendly staff and excellent service. For the price, breakfast could have been included.
-
Extremely comfortable bed. Lovely staff. Great air conditioning. Has a boutique feel. Food was just so so. Bathroom had very little storage space.
-
Beautiful big room. On a very busy main road
-
Beautiful colonial building, clean and comfortable rooms. My only criticism is the Spa doesn’t have a price list at all. The services turn out to be super expensive. I think for transparency reasons the Spa prices should be printed for customers who are unfamiliar with the exchange rates rather than just being told the prices quickly. The massage was professional and excellent though.

Great place- love it.
-
Beautiful building full of character. Great restaurants nearby. The staff were very helpful. All in all a nice choice for visits to Bogota. A long way from the main city attractions.
