What a perfect location for people to explore Bogota! Very reasonable rates and the employees were polite and highly-trained when attending to the customers' queries and requests. Great bed and the bathroom was spotless. Beautiful interior decoration and delicious food for breakfast. I highly recommend Portelli Hostel! :)

An excellent location to stay as it is located in the heart of Bogota, Colombia. Exquisite interior decorations and design bring good vibes to this hostel. Tasty breakfast and nice aroma of the coffee to start my day. The bed was good and the restroom was clean. I will certainly stay at Portelli Hostel again! :)

Outstanding quality in customer service. The staff were helpful, informative and friendly. Excellent location for tourist visiting and discovering new places in Bogota. The bed was comfy, and the washroom was clean. I really enjoyed the lovely breakfast that I had in the morning.

The location is very good and they serve an excellent breakfast. The beds all have curtains, sockets and lights, and there are lockers in the hallways. The staff is very friendly and prepared to help; especially shout out to Ryan for keeping it all together. It is also usually busy, so it is an excellent place to meet other travelers. The bottom bunks are perhaps not the most comfortable to sleep on and the place is a bit chaotic, with people coming and going all the time, but if you can live with that it is an excellent place to stay.
