The beds were extremely hard. If you like a soft comfortable bed this place is not for you. I had to sleep on the sofa in the room versus the bed. Additionally I understand that it's for security purposes but having to Buddy bust in and out was really problematic especially when you're with a small group. Why not have certain hours that you have to be buzzed in and out like maybe after 10:00 p.m. or something.

Everything! The location was perfect, the staff super helpful and friendly and the place very spacious.

The staff was excellent and helped us with the toilet lid flying off, and on my second stay a week later (yes I went back!), my solo room was excellent. On my second stay, there was some sort of construction going on right above my room most of the day. I had a zoom meeting and went back to the hotel instead of the restaurant so it would be quieter - but it was worse even with my AirPods on my Zoom meeting was invaded with a loud hammer banging on the floor. Of course, it stopped a little later after my meeting.

The water in the showers did not get hot. Luke warm only.

Room size was great. Place was clean. Breakfast was very nice. Staff was VERY nice. When windows were open at night, too much sounds from a bar or restaurant. Had to close windows. Noisy. Sometimes smoke from restaurant came into room.

It was in the centre so it’s accesible to a lot of sights. There’s a small supermarket across the street and a nail salon. The staff are nice. The breakfast was too slow for refills of the offerings. There wasn’t much options. I think more fruit options will be good and more protein options. On our last day we came down and most of the plates were empty and the milk was empty for coffee. There was no more fruits and there was only ONE person working and preparing eggs. The room was dusty. The fridge wasn’t working well. The lights in the room was not working well- switches doesn’t turn on the lights- lights will flicker. The second bathroom with the shower curtains stinks and had a smell. The shower drain doesn’t drain properly.

Traffic noise, but, it quiets down later in the evening.

There is nothing whatsoever negative to say about this place. The location is spectacular, the staff and employees are unbelievably nice and kind and thoughtful, the room was quiet. There was nothing whatsoever to complain about. Just a great stay and I will be back.

Everything was fine Clean, attentive

The places is beautifull, excellent location, nice lobby area and restaurant for breakfast The Coffee. Hideous, it tasted like this Awful and burnt Aguila Roja, Sello Rojo or some other really cheap and bad. Being in Colombia and offering such a beautiful stay, it is expected to offer the best coffee experience. So try to offer a barista kind of coffee, freshly made.

The location is excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was surprised that it has such a high score and was disappointed that it didn’t live up to the reviews and photos. It is not particularly well maintained and the communal kitchen is not very nice. Most of the rooms face a busy road. The bed wasn’t comfortable. The room was quite small. I had to request a hair dryer and was told that I needed to return at check out which I think is quite weird given the level and price of the hotel. It feels run down and soulless.

The variety on breakfast. Poor.

The sound from the street was easily heard in the room. There also wasn’t a fan or heater.
