Propierty looks good and it has a great location, unfortunately some fixtures like bed and tables look outdated

We had a great stay at this hotel in Bogotá. The property is beautiful, very clean, and located in a great and safe neighborhood. The room was spacious, spotless, and had a nice view. The staff were extremely kind, polite, and very helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast offered a good variety and was very enjoyable. Overall, a very comfortable stay with excellent service, great location, and very good value for money. We would happily return.

Perfect location Needed more amenities

Overall it was ok. The room was basic but spacious and clean. Bed very comfy and good size but pillows too fluffy for our taste. Sheets of good quality but the towels need replacing. The breakfast was mid. We would have loved an omelet option and maybe an arepa instead of the dry bread that was available. We didn't really like the breakfast/restaurant area, it could use a facelift. The room was quiet which we loved and needed after the busy city however the ventilator in the bathroom kept turning on and off the entire day and night even when the light was off. We informed reception but nothing could be done I think and we didn't want to switch rooms. Nice walking distance to plenty of great restaurants and very centrally located. read above

Great location and easy access to many restaurants near the location. Not able to turn off the ventilation. During the night the noise is very loud.

The Rooms Breakfast

breakfast was amazing. The staff very professional and accommodating. The hotel is in a good location. the rooms are not very thick and thin walls, and may have to change rooms several times to find a decent one for sleep. Is best to ask for a room away from elevator and facing away from the main street, and hopefully the room next to you is vacant. Overall I slept good except for the few occasions the hotel was fully booked.

The hotel is in the northern section of Bogota. It is close to tree-filled parks, wonderful restaurants and shopping. Our room was a good size for two people and we were located, as we requested, on a low floor. The room was absolutely quiet which, for me, is an important consideration.

Location No openable windows

We had a great time! Every time we needed help with destinations, extra accomodations etc the staff was always there to help us. Also, just around the hotel you will find a bunch of delicious options for different meals which makes it a very well located hotel.

Loved the breakfast, which conveniently opened early. The quality was amazing, and the caldo de res and pollo were fantastic at warming you up in the cold Bogota mornings. Our rooms were left spotless everyday we came back, loved itb

Adriana and all of the staff where extremely kind and accommodating to our needs. Making us feel right at home The images on Booking.com were incorrect and the room that we booked was extremely small, thankfully Adriana and the front desk staff was able to move us to a more spacious room. It felt weird to open up the door and having the shower right on the right, that was not the picture that was on the site where we booked our room. Thankfully they understood and provided a room that met our expectations.

The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was amazing and I appreciated that it was available from very early in the morning. The neighborhood is safe and quite, with some restaurants in the area.

Spacious rooms with kitchenette and living area in addition to the bedroom. All in perfect condition. Very nice breakfast. Friendly, attentive staff. There is a cluster of very nice restaurants a few blocks away. A couple of blocks away from public transportation. All good
