Ya es mi segunda vez quedándome en el hotel y me ha gustado mucho desde la primera vez. Todo muy lindo, ordenado, muy limpio y el desayuno estilo americano es delicioso. La ubicación también es excelente. Todo bien

I liked the convenient location, a short walk away from some of the best restaurants in Zona G - the streets feel safe to walk. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The place is very secure and your items will be safe. I had room number 24 which was small, but cozy, kept clean, and comfortable as a young man travelling alone. Overall, I am quite pleased with my stay. The only thing I would suggest is to make your breakfast portions more generous.

Great location, bed was comfortable. The breakfast was not good. Upon check in they forgot to put out hand towel and there was a big visible stain on the bed cover. Getting in and out of the hotel requires waiting for someone to let you in/out at all times, but there is frequently no one at the reception desk. It is not the staff’s fault as it seems they are understaffed but twice had to wait 20 minutes to be let out. (I could see they were busy with other things so they were not making me wait on purpose, but it was an archaic system in 2026). There is also only 1 person cooking breakfast so be prepared to wait a while. And they have a cat that lives in the property and is allowed to roam on common areas. I am very allergic and had no reaction in my room, but just a heads up.

The accommodation was as expected. The hotel has a 24/7 lobby, so we were able to check in even though we arrived late. We had a good time while staying here and didn't lack anything

It's a cute little hotel located in a quiet street close to Zona G, where there are a lot of cafes and restaurants. The staff is super nice and friendly and helpful. Breakfast, though pretty monotonous, is of good quality. The reception is open 24/7, so whenever you need anything, there's always someone to help. The only thing I might not have enjoyed was a reoccurring problem with hot water, sometimes you need to wait quite long for it to become hot and sometimes it would go cold in the middle of your shower. Annoying, but the niceness of the hotel and staff definitely overweights and I will come back :)

Location, cleanliness, breakfast by Leydis. The pillows were soft but too high. We received one towel on a room reserved for two…and we booked two rooms for two (same issue). We eventually received an extra towel and softer pillows.

I thoroughly appreciated the level of communication and customer service that I was provided during my entire one night stay. Communication was quick and responsive through the website messaging portal AND through WhatsApp. Although my room wasn't available for early check-in, staff had let me stay in one of the lounge areas to do some work. I had about 2 hours before I had to leave for a walking tour and they moved furniture around and constantly checked in on me while I was doing some work. They stored my luggage until I had come back which I greatly appreciated. My luggage was safely stored for about 5-6 hours. I came back in the evening and my room was ready - staff helped me carry my [2] luggages upstairs (I didn't want them to carry my checked luggage and I am more than capable of doing so, so I brought it upstairs). As I said, I only spent one night there - as soon as I came back from my tour, I had showered and got ready to go to a concert lol. The concierge at the time, Tatiana, was lovely and helped take some fit pics pre-concert (Rauw Alejandro). I literally came back to sleep for one hour because I had to leave early to catch my 6am flight! The night concierge helped me carry my bags back downstairs. My stay was short, but I was VERY well taken care of!!! I am so grateful that I had a lovely experience on my last night in Bogotá. I didn't mind the stairs (my room was on the 3rd floor) LOL but I know going up and down 3 floors might be a hassle for some folks!! The stairs can definitely be an accessibility issue for those who need mobility assistance! Also, because of the timing of my stay, I wasn't able to have the free breakfast.. I should have asked if I could be accommodated in another way since I'd be missing that meal. But I was fine without it lol

Very reasonable price for a clean and safe place to stay Checking in took a very long time (around 12 minutes) despite being the only person there. I don’t think anyone has ever searched my passport for entry stamps before. I also don’t think anyone at other hotels in my 40 years of travel has gone to my room at checkout to verify that I hadn’t drank or ate the snacks they sell in the room. Maybe move those snacks out of the room and sell in the lobby to avoid the negative search that says “I don’t trust you”?

Charming little hotel in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The staff was excellent, and very helpful. Wifi worked very well. Breakfast was basic but very good (my favorite was the fresh squeezed orange juice). Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. As others have noted, soundproofing can be an issue. When I was there, only one night was there loud guests after 10pm. Not a deal breaker, but noted.

Location was great. That was the only thing that was good about this property! Weeds in forecourt. Foyer smelt like cat urine. Had to wait 40 minutes for my room to be ready. Room was like a prison cell and no access to outside air. Very out of date decor in poor condition. Breakfast was disappointing with stale bread, no utensils or plates available ( had to request these from a staff member who went to wash some). The idea of this hotel considering itself ‘boutique’ was absurd.

Excellent breakfast, very nice cook and a cozy dining room. Silent bed room but way too small. The receptionist in the morning was exceptionaly friendly and helpful.
