The location was great. Wifi was good. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. I didnt need to use laundry, but they did let me use the dryer for free for my soaked tennis shoes. (much rain that day). Everything was quite clean. The price was very affordable. The bathroom and shower were tiny. Only cold water was available. I did not see an advertised elevator so I used steps all the time. There was no Safe, as advertised. The room didnt seem to have individual climate control, and was a little chilly, but was acceptable for my taste. I found out on the 2nd day that they clean your room daily, without asking. Since I didnt have a safe, my valuables were at risk. After that I asked them not to clean my room.

Rooms were clean and breakfast was a definite plus. Location near the place I was there to get dental treatment helped Loud laundry room, shower and hot water a bit tricky and not easy to work. Also I could hear the sounds of a club nearby. If you’re a light sleeper can be a problem.

The room looks like dirty, I found out an eyelash in the blanket. Other blankets looks like old and not clean. The TV for my room is old, I couldn’t enjoy the room watching TV.

The staff were really friendly, the room was perfectly tidy and the toilet was super clean. All the facilities in general are top notch. For sure I'm coming back!

It has everything it needs; a good matrass a shower inside and a television. First nigh(Saturday) a lot of noice from a discotheque behind the hotel I suppose on Friday as well If workers or the owner is talking in te hallway (also in the night) every guest can hear what they say and produces a lot of noise They shouldn’t t do that

Best location in terms of the Royal Center theatre, a main avenue near a lot of restaurants and food options. Exquisite traditional breakfast with a few options. Clean room, Wifi and TV. The place has a restaurant attached to it where you can eat delicious desserts. I can't say much, I think the facilities don't allow to be a quiet place, so you'll have to be lucky to spend the night with other quiet users.

Karen at the front desk was nice about helping with suitcase and with calling me a taxi. I left property early because I did not dare use shower.for fear of being electrocuted. The water was heated (poorly) by elect wires running into the shower head where water comes out! They either have no safety inspections or they paid off the inspector. Floors not well cleaned, no shampoo, one towel only

Great location. Very friendly staff. A bit dated. But a great place, overall, located in a strategic area.

Pleasant

The location was perfect. We booked here because of the proximity to the Royal Center and it was great. The room was nice, the staff very kind. Also there are a lot of near by restaurants as well. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that one could hear almost everything happening on the room next door.
