Nice big room, big bathroom, very attentive staff, generally well managed. The internet did not work properly, had to use my 4G. They tried to fix it but didn't. They promised a king size bed, but it as in stead one of 140 cm wide, smaller than a queen size.

I've stayed here several times. The staff is very friendly, and go out of their way to be helpful. Most of the front desk staff speak some English. The on-site restaurant has good food, and is a good value. The suites are clean, and have a kitchen with a fridge (some full-size, some half-size), a microwave, and a full stove with an oven, although the cookware is very basic. My room had just received a new paint job. The rooms are rather dated and basic. The sofas and chairs aren't very comfortable. Some rooms have a TV that can be swiveled for the bedroom or living room, but my room didn't. It also didn't have a lamp in the living/dining area, only very bright, blue overhead lights. There is an elevator, but you still have to navigate stairs, which may be a problem for people with mobility issues.

Everything was great except for picnic table, they are there but not free and overvalued.

I didn't like the shower. The water pressure on hot was terrible. The desk people could cheer up some. Except for one girl in glasses they seldom smiled.

Friendly staff, much larger and nicer room than I was expecting.

This hotel is really good value for money and probably has the most comfortable hotel beds in all of Colombia.

- safe hotel, in a good area of town and at the same time quiet. - breakfast was very consistent. You could even eat a soup or a stew for breakfast at 6:00 a.m. in the morning which was great when traveling outside town afterwards. - Especially restaurant staff and most of the reception staff were willing to help. - Using AI on the main contact number of a hotel, sending a lot of unsolicited messages regarding offers and day trips, prompting for on line check-in to make the communication cost-efficient and time-efficient makes a hotel look unprofessional. This kind of branding suits better an AirBnB. - Providing some 220v-110V socket adaptors for EU travelers could help. - I gave a 9 because i was overall pleased with my consecutive reservations in this hotel. I would come again.

there are a lot of different room sizes - small single rooms and very large suites and the larger rooms are good value the people are very friendly and they seem very flexible on checkin and checkout and luggage storage (although it was quiet in bogota when i was there) i have stayed here a few times the breakfast is ok but can be meagre if an intrepid tour group beats you to the buffet. consider Masa or Arbol del Pan in walking distance for a great western breakfast

Mix up at checkin with my room not available. Only was notified a day in advance when I was already on my travels despite booking months ahead. The place is descent for a stay in Bogota

Affordable, and relatively close to areas of interest, many dinning options nearby There was no a/c or fan in the room, only a small window that was facing the courtyard were breakfast preparations begin at 5 AM and both the smell and the noise fills the room, also no ventilation in the restroom. There was a weird smell in the room that would not go away even when deodorant was used

Location Ultra small room, ultra small bed and expensive food

Clean smoke sized rooms. Area wasn’t great for walking.
