It’s our third time we stay in this great hotel and we don’t regret it. Best thing about hotel is location. We could walk to Andino mall, nice restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Neighborhood is safe and full of green. Staff is incredibly friendly. Every employee tries their best to make you feel like home. Phone has an awful noise when you call and that they won’t fix because it’s expensive for the hotel to do?? Bathroom could have better ventilation. Smell gets stuck in the room.

The property was extremely clean, the room was spacious and the concierge was very helpful and gave us great places to go.

The Staff, especially Angie Rubio, who was pretty attentive and took care of any of our requests! I loved the quiet around, maybe some could not like that

The staff was incredibly nice and friendly. We arrived and were given a choice of drinks including wine as a welcoming gesture. They were very attentive to our needs, including how to watch a local soccer match. When we left, they hugged my daughters and said farewell to each of us. It was a level of kindness and service rarely seen in this industry. They need to have an available source of potable water besides bottles for sale from the minibar.

Very spacious, clean room, large comfortable bed with black out shutters. Super quiet, safe residential neighbourhood and only a few blocks to lots of restaurants and bars. Breakfast was very diverse with local and European food, all v fresh and tasty. All The staff were super attentive, couldn’t do enough for us and always with a smile. Would definitely return and highly recommend Nothing
