It's not exactly next to those streets so you'll not get disturbed by the late night party noise and still it is at a walkable distance. Staff is very polite, helpful and friendly, very responsive. Breakfast - Very good, a lot of options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Rooms - big enough and clean Overall, a good experience! One can surely think of coming back here!

The location is the best! Right next to all the going-ons in the city. Food, shopping and anything else is right outside the door.

NH has a great staff very friendly and helpful for what ever question one had. The location is perfect to every thing, shops, restaurants all is in walking distance The room is spacious, clean and each morning the cleaning staff do a excellent job

We’ve been staying there on and off for 24 years because I like the location and I used to like the service. It seems to downgraded service or they are not aware that it’s not what it used to be. Frank this morning breakfast was a disaster. We had to ask for glasses because there were none left. We had to ask for bowls because there were none left. There was zero cheese left, and I asked and did not get. We had to ask for milk for the cereals. We shouldn’t have to ask because they should replenish automatically. And this was at 9:15 whereas breakfast is open until 10. The beds were too small. And I’ve been seeing this over the years, there is no proper rail in the bathroom to hang your towel. I am used to brushing my teeth in the shower, but you can’t put your brush anywhere. All in all I was not very happy.

It was close location to the Andino mall and many food options. The hotel provided an umbrella to get around that help during the rainy day.

This hotel has a friendly and helpful staff. It’s located near many restaurants, stores and a terrific mall. It was clean and the gym was functional. I would have preferred a coffee station where you could get some when you wanted it and some more healthy options for breakfast.

Excellent location. The staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very completed and delicious. The room nice and clean. The noise is terrible on the weekends. There are a lot of parties outside.

Excellent and friendly staff ! Nice location Way too loud ! 7th floor has constant bumming sounds and worst is that the sounds are changing on and off in intensity !!! No chance to sleep well at all

Just a day before my Check-in (in fact on the same day but I was supposed to check-in next day early morning) they messaged me they have some pipeline burst issue and my room is affected so they asked me to go to their another hotel near WTC which was far from Zona T where I wanted to stay, around 15-20 mins in Cab. And that hotel also was almost a bad experience.. Shower was not working properly, there were hairs on the floor. They changed my room later which was a bit ok. But ultimately, sending to another hotel at last moment is not at all professional.

Shower lighting was like a night club.....ready for romance. Very dark. Also there is no electrical outlets next to the bed.
