Breakfast was good. Would have preferred to have the option for scrambled eggs already prepared at the buffet. The background music in the bar and restaurant is too loud.

A woman knocking at the door on a Saturday morning at 7 30 am asking if I want laundry. There is a door sign for laundry, if I wanted I would have left the sign on the door.

Near good dining locations and malls and very modenr I submitted my bonvoy membership at the front desk and the captured it to earn the points of the stay but instead it only credited 43 points which was an insulting error. The other thing was that each of my friends booked the hotel and got different prices being the cheapest one the one including the breakfast which was insulting. And the last thing annoying was the entrance, it was very complicated to get to the lobby elevator, you need first to go down through an escalator, walk 20 feet through the property and then enter the basement (which wasn’t the lobby, you need to go up a couple of floors through the elevator.

The location No air conditioner

Room was clean and just what I needed this is my second time in hotel and actually same room... and both times I had issues connecting Wifi from the Room. It is a hassle to just get the support needed took several hours

For a property like this which is twice the price of other ones in the direct area I do expect that the room etc is flawless. In my opinion there were two small items in the bathroom that were things that could have been easily fixed and looked bad for a marriott. When I mentioned it to the host at the front desk she just thanked me and asked to take a picture of the pictures I had on my phone for her maintenance. No apologies whatsoever. Something like that should have also been noted by the room attendant.

Great location near Andino mall ,restaurants, cafes, beauty saloons and some convenience stores. area felt safe even at night. Hotel was secure, ( staffed entrance and key card to activate elevator to lobby and rooms) clean and room was spacious. Very good breakfast with wide variety and able to order items separately, great service and staff who are willing and able to assist with our needs. The property was very good but there was a bar up the street blaring music that could be heard late one night because our room was facing the same street. Not the properties fault.

Very nice and comfortable hotel, second time staying at this location. In my opinion for the price it's by far the best option out there. Very clean and nice amenities. Great location to visit shopping centers and restaurants. House keeping and maintenance workers start walking through the hall ways pretty early, you can hear all the chit chatting from inside the rooms. Something I did not enjoy one bit, most probably if you're looking to sleep in this could get on your nerves.

The location was excellent, in the bustling neighborhood of Zona T. All you need is more or less walking distance. The neighborhood felt safe during the day. The room was on the streetside. The noisieness in the weekend until the early morning hours from the nightclubs in front of the hotels was disturbing. But the hotel provides you with earplugs.

staff were all so friendly, and helpful. especially erika at breakfast greet us with smile and warm welcome every morning!

Absolute great location. Big spacious rooms. The suite has two full batrooms and a spacious living room. The staff is great, no complaints The breakfast can improve

The breakfast buffet was filled with amazing local fruits! Thoroughly enjoyed a morning "tinto" and indulging in the variety of fruits, pastries and local deliciousness. The staff at the bar, breakfast and main floor security were friendly and approachable. The front desk personnel weren't the friendliest. When I booked I made a request for a view with a view (since this was my first time in Colombia), instead I was placed on the 4th floor with a room facing the busy street which made it difficult to sleep since the sound carried through the night.
