Very cozy and perfect location. Breakfast didn’t have many options but the food was great. Make sure you are intimate with the person you’re sharing the room with, since there is no bathroom privacy.

The location was great, walking to nearby restaurants. The massage I had there was one of the best I've ever had. The breakfast was good and the hotel was quiet. It was more of a business hotel than I had expected. The vibes upstairs at the pool were pretty lame. I had hoped for a more vibrant energy.

Location and room comfort We were about to be charged for a complimentary service we didn’t request. The lady at the front desk received our complain and at the end said. “Send and email”. Not helpful nor interested

They charged me for a welcome package that I never agreed on. They should ask guest if they want it beforehand, or state clearly that is a mandatory fee

Only the location Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Zero zero attention to detail. Over charge for basic services. You have to pay for basic things like soaps, Internet and water!! Where in the world does it work like that! Staff not friendly. Internet don’t work. Hotel run down.

Comfy rooms, nice pool. Nice bar. I have stayed at this hotel before so I was comparing it to the last time, my room was not as nice as lower level floor and there was not an a la carte breakfast menu which was offered before.

Breakfast was great, the room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, the hotel was clean and modern and the staff were helpful Unfortunately the rooftop pool and bar were closed the days we were there.

Great central hotel in Chapinero, kind staff, especially in the breakfast room. It was very noisy at night and we could hardly sleep due to the street/party bus noise (it was a Saturday, and we were given a room on the 3rd floor).

Location and the buffet was good. Restaurant's manager was always attentive to all our requests. Everything was almost ok, they almost have a great breakfast buffet, but they missed having more vegetables, they almost have comfortable rooms, but they dont give complementary water, they are almost ok with the spa, but it was too cold, they almost had a great service, but the housekeeping needs to improve.
