The property was clean and central in the center of Chapinero. The breakfast was really poor, the TV had no signal for the channels during our complete stay. Staff promised to contact the company but we didn’t get any channel to watch.

The rooms were just what I needed a bed, and a toilet and shower area The elevator was broken the entire time I was there so I had to take the stairs to the 7th floor every time.

The location was great The building is situated in a very busy corner. There is too much traffic noise. You have to ask for a room not facing the street but then you might run into a bed option problem.

The spaces are smaller than they look on photos. The soap dispenser was broken, and the soap was spilling over the floor. Also, the soap is not hypoallergenic. No soap or shampoo or conditioner at the bathroom. They contacted me and this was told to them. Hope they make some changes, I really would come back. We loved the area, full of all types of businesses.

staff was excellent location was great, fantastic job serving our every need. Room next door smelled like marijuana was being smoked, complaints were made nothing was done about it.

the view from the restaurant is good. clean room. staff is friendly and help in everything. the only one socket for two person near the one bed, second bed without socket. the noise from the street. we stayed at the 6th floor and it was pretty noisy (nose from the car)

Nothing They are greedy management waiting for grab money from you if you are a tourist visiting Bogota. I like to leave the hotel at the earlier 1) poor customer service 2) they will charge you extra if you are tourist 3) management is fraud and like asking more money for everything eventhough you booked and paid everything 4) No working lifts and asked to carry luggage for 7-8 flooe 5) pathetic customer service 6) charged for a small mark on bedsheets which was normally washable sheets. Run away..
