I liked the neighborhood. It felt safe. There was no internet. The room was cold and there were no additional blankets. The overall decor looked outdated.

Location is great, room space is fantastic, breakfast options are solid. There are two inner towers, to access the second one where the gym and steam room are you have to pass the parking lot.

The location was fantastic— close to Parque 93, restaurants, bars, shopping, supermercados, everything. The staff who checked us in were friendly and helpful! It was a little odd to get to our room, which was in a different part of the building . We had to walk through the parking garage to get there. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable though.

Great location and massive room with private roof terrace No tea / coffee facility in the room, difficult to get big luggage to 6th floor rooms (spiral stairs off 5th floor) and hot breakfast choice was not great, I just had eggs and croissants daily (no bacon)

Location is brilliant, very safe neighborhood, supermarket just down road, loads of restaurants, bars and pubs a short walk away. Massive balcony (roof terrace) Bed mattress needs to be changed, it is not very comfortable. Access to room (601) not easy if you have lots of luggage. Breakfast was ok, missed bacon. No tea/coffee facility in room

The location was perfect, transmilenio station 5 minutes by foot, a little supermarket right in front, may restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast buffet was average.

The sink in the bathroom was broken, the shower curtain was ripped, the toilet had stains. The worst was when I asked for an extra blanket that they delivered folded and when I open it the blanket had pretty bad stains and holes (they should have thrown it away). The breakfast room was dark and the service very disorganized.
