The staff was friendly Due to the renovation it was a mess. No hot water during most of the stay. Stove didn’t work properly, the room smelled bad due to the restaurant beside the hotel The room was hot but could not open a window due to the bad smell The bath tub was very dangerous The breakfast was awful Had to go back to the reception because the room key stopped working. We stayed here 5 times before & the hotel was never bad

Was a really nice place and had a full kitchen if I wanted to cook. Breakfast was just what I needed to get going and it was really good.

Our room could use a little more lighting and maybe they could provide a few dishes in the kitchen.

The bathroom was leaking water, so it was wet all the time. We told the main office, but the lady who cleaned said the water came from the shower door. That was not true. The water on the floor continued showing up after it had been cleaned in the morning, and nobody had showered. So, it was very uncomfortable. Also, I guess it’s nobody’s fault, the fact that it’s terribly noisy. At 5:00 am, a lot of street noise starts

The location was great because it was easy to get to different places from the hotel. There were many restaurants in the area, and the surroundings were safe to walk around at any time. I didn’t like the fact that the pictures on Booking showed a fridge, but when we arrived, there was no fridge in either of the two rooms we booked. Also, there were no utensils in the room—nothing at all. One of the doors ran out of battery, so we had to wait for AA batteries to be replaced. Additionally, both rooms were priced the same but were different—one had a bathtub, and the other did not. There was no ice machine, and at certain times, there was no ice available in the building at all.

No AC in the room. Even when Bogota is cold at midnight you can feel hot. I keep my window open but to be honest wasn't enough.
