Nada Reservé esperando un hotel con spa, como se anunciaba, y lo que encontré fue un motel remodelado a las carreras. La cama estaba dura e incómoda, no había cobijas limpias disponibles, y el supuesto ‘spa’ simplemente no existe — ni instalaciones, ni servicio, nada. Pagué $300.000 COP la noche por una experiencia que no corresponde ni de cerca a lo publicado. Booking debería revisar la categorización de este lugar, porque la descripción no coincide con la realidad. No lo recomiendo.

Very clean, beautiful rooms and friendly staff. Wish they had a passkey system to come in and out versus having to be buzzed in or out all the time.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was mostly clean, and I liked the Jacuzzi tubs in the rooms. My room came with complimentary breakfast and the delivered it to the room, awesome. My first room was atrocious. It was not completely clean, and stuff was just broken. The window shades did not work and that became a problem as sunrise was at 6:30 am. At 7:00 a construction crew began jack hammering on the building next door. When I asked to change the room, the staff was accommodating but the only other room available was twice the price and they did not offer a discount. The area where it is located is sketchy at best and next to a very busy and congested road. I don't think I will be back.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. I was only there for a night, but it was easy to get to and in and out for my flight to Medellin the next day. Also, the staff was really sweet and able to help me despite me not knowing any Spanish. Unfortunately, my room was facing the street and it got very loud very early. In a way it was fine, because I had to make a flight, but I definitely would have enjoyed a bit more quiet. The front desk apologized to me though. Really sweet people.

The room is very comforting with the lighting and design. I love the jacuzzi bathtub every night! The best part of this stay was the staff. They are absolutely amazing and made me feel welcome ... Checked in to make sure I had water bottles, and new soap, etc. My last day, I was here.I was leaving to get food and one of the staff had just returned with his food.I was asking where it was from, he gave me his food and went to get more. ? great value for the price! Nothing!
