Money was stolen from my room by the housekeeper 8 million pesos and they have done nothing The hotel stolen my money and did nothing

Location, have been there many times They are under construction for some time now, and none of the last two times I was advised of the construction before reservation.

Location is great staff is very attentive and caring Few little things (missing towel and toilet paper) that got fixed as soon as I bought them up. Biggest issue is the construction in the lobby. You can’t have people banging and drilling onto walls at 8am on a Saturday morning

1. It was a sold with breakfast included, for the pixtures looks like it was a 2. It was imposible to rest, they are doing some remodelation and the noise is heavy.... They nevee informed that before arrived to the hotel... 3. Cleaning room service wasnt include and just informed it the same day with arrive with aditional payment 4. One the guy from the staff was really rude

The breakfast was always delivered cold and wrapped in plastic, felt like hospital food.

I go all the time. Good property, good location and the room was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and housekeeping was nice and helpful. They provided extended checkout to continue working in my room. The property was under reforms and I was not advised about it. Breakfast was not included this time, strong noise and smell at the lobby. I had no place during my stay to work out of my room.

Great Location. Nice staff. Big room, with a small kitchen, good TV, good wifi to work from the room. Kitchen and restaurant is under remodelation so breakfast options are limited and it is a service room on disposable plates.

The location

Excellent location. Very good size of room with balcony. Extremely clean and high quality of linen. Seems that the restaurant is not operating as such we reveived packed breakfast in our room which was cold and imferior quality. Also in the small kitchenette , hardly any utensils not even 2 cups of same size and design.

The room was a nice set up. Great maid service close to stores and restaurants, private and safe The amenities they offered were false. Language barrier as i know little Spanish. Terrible window view, and the room was cold with no heat source, and the restuarant only offered breakfast which was closed before 11am with staff still cooking when I ask for breakfast, I ask about shuttle service 3 times a couple weeks before my trip they kept saying I will be contacted and didn't hear from shuttle service until after I rented a cab on the way to the hotel

Great location, nice spot to walk around Parque del Virrey. Room is comfortable and have good space, nice ambiance. There is opportunity of improvement in the breakfast, although the homemade eggs were good. Help to manage luggage would be appreciated. Rest, love it.

The location was away from the hustle and bustle but also close enough to walk to the zona T área-lots of Resteraunts and high end shopping. The shower was hot. The airport pick up was an excellent option. Nothing

The location and breakfast was wonderful. The staff friendliest and assistance was great. Nothing.

Great apartment! The location was very good and we felt safe the entire stay. Close to groceries stores and lots of restaurants. But the staff (especially Erika!) were incredible! Erika was so kind speaking slowly for me so I could practice my Spanish. I so appreciated that! The breakfast buffet was really good too! Loved the balcony! There was a cover on the mattress that had a plastic feel to it. It didn’t bother me but my husband didn’t like it. Not a deal breaker though.

This was the best experience we have had on a family stay (two children ages 6 and 2): - Room was very clean. - Beds are big and comfortable (one king and one queen). - Windows and blackout curtains that really work, we slept without noise nor light issues. - Nearby Virrey Park is very nice, with two playgrounds and exercise locations. - Breakfast surpassed our expectations, good variety. The on-demand scrambled eggs were especially delicious (ask for "huevos en perico"!) - All the staff were very courteous and helpful. Oh and the cherry on top is that we forgot a backpack when we checked out. Erika called us to let us know just when we arrived to the airport, and thanks to her we managed to get it delivered via an Uber messenger. Thanks a lot! Hotel Jazz Apartments will definitely be top of our list next time we travel to Bogota. There are always small details that could be improved, but I : - Shower floor is slippery, which is a problem for small children. - Neighborhood is great, but a bit far away from airport and city center. - The keycard lock didn't work on arrival, so the receptionist had to come up to open with the master card. They fixed it the following morning, so it was just a mild annoyance. - Some tissue paper in the room would be nice.

I asked to be moved as my bed had issues. This was ignored. I had a very unpleasant moment when a staff member got upset because I returned the order of eggs I ordered- I ordered runny fried eggs, not hard yolks. Anyway the scene he caused was embarrassing and truly disappointed me. I stopped eating at the establishment ever since. Total lack of hospitality.

In a nutshell: the hotel location, the staff and service was perfect. Thumbs up.

Very clean , good location , spacious and comfortable rooms. The restaurant is not always open, even when the hh sign is outside. Room service menu but when you call, they say it’s closed.
