Cassa Luxury Homes – Hotel Boutique

We absolutely loved our four-night stay at Cassa Luxury Homes. We were a couple, but opted for the two-bedroom/ two bath apartment and were so impressed with the space, cleanliness, view and amenities. It is an incredible value for the price. We had requested a room on a high floor and were rewarded with room #702. The apartment was very quiet with a comfortable bed, linens and black out curtains that allowed us to sleep very well. I loved the hot water and water pressure of the shower. I would like to point out that the professional staff make Cassa Luxury Homes really stand out. We appreciated their 24/7 presence. In addition, the breakfast team were friendly and eager to assist in making us a delicious breakfast each morning. The location is also perfect for exploring Bogota. This upscale neighborhood is very safe and we could easily walk to the Carulla market for wine and food. In addition, we enjoyed being close to some excellent restaurants in Zona T that included La Brasserie and Wok. We also enjoyed walking in the Park Virrey across the street. Uber is exceptional and a car is available in mere minutes. We did not find any problems with traffic. In planning my Bogota vacation, I didn't know if I should stay in La Candelaria due to its proximity to the museums versus Chapinero, but I am so glad that I did NOT stay in La Candelaria and made my home at Cassa Luxury Homes. Nothing. We loved it.

Loved the park across the street, very comfortable and spacious rooms, heated rooftop pool, and good breakfast.

Lovely, large space overlooking the park. Comfortable bed and very modern. Heated rooftop pool is a nice treat. Not a lot to do in the area besides the park, long drive to get to museums and downtown area.

All I needed was walking distance … coffee shops, supermarkets, restaurants, convenience stores, malls , cinema .. loved the breakfast.. the park across the street is a PLUS . Sometimes a little noisy really early in the morning .. (not the hotels fault ) so really nothing bad to say about the hotel ..

The breakfast was great. We were offered eggs of any style each morning and there was always fresh fruit, breads, cheese, smoothies and juice. The staff were wonderful and always helpful. The building is clean, quiet and located in a marvellous neighbourhood. Cleaning was offered daily. The only issue we had was that there were no kitchen towels and/or paper towels. It made clean up after cooking a bit difficult. There could be more hooks or a coat rack near the front door.

I have stayed here many times and I always have a good experience. The staff is super friendly. I love their breakfast and the rooms are always clean and spacious. Nothing.

I truly liked everything. The only thing I wished for was being able to order a well-made cocktail.

Felt like a home . It was in a quiet residential area. The room was large with a lot of storage. The bathroom was large with great water pressure. Has an entire wall of window light, very good breakfast. Accommodating staff. Very comfortable bed and linens. There is a area called the T zone with high-end shopping and very good restaurants If you want to spend time in old town, Bogota, it is a 45 minute drive by Uber. But that amounts to about $3 to $5 dollars

The staff was amazing. Even though I don't speak Spanish, they were very accommodating. Very patient. Made my stay very comfortable. The breakfast every morning was amazing. The location is excellent directly across from the park where you can walk the dog. Area was very safe. Extremely clean. I was overall very impressed with everything I can honestly say there was nothing I did not like. Everything was spot on. I have no complaints at all.

Sticklers with the time to enter the room, not even like at 2:35 they made me wait till 2:59:59 i just hate that... if the rooom is ready who cares.. i really dislike that. Other than that all good.

Cassa Luxury is one of the best places we stayed in Bogota. Everything was absolutely perfect, the staff is friendly and accommodating, the room was always perfectly cleaned, the bed is the most comfortable I ever slept in while traveling. Try to stay in the suite on the top floor, as the views from both terraces are great. There is not a lot not to like and any issue that there was, the staff was quick to remedy it.

The staff was amazing, friendly, helpful and breakfast was delicious every single day This is a luxury property and was a special vacation. Let’s just start with the room I booked was not the room I received, even though I had received a confirmation email the night before. The room was booked months in advance and it was the only one with the particular configuration. We ended up having two entirely separate rooms, which totally changed the dynamic of our trip. No discount, no apologies from management. Nada. There flatware in the kitchen needed to be completely rehashed as there was dried food on the utensils. The kitchenette was nice but there was a paucity of amenities to use in the kitchen and nothing to use in the oven. One unit had a washer and dryer both of which were full of lint, hair and which we had to clean. Disgusting. There is no heat or cooling in the rooms, although the staff will provide portable fans and heaters upon request . Furniture was stained and in some cases it didn’t appear any effort had been made to clean it.

Very comfortable, well located in a calm area but close to the zona T, and very nice staff. Nothing. Everything was perfect.
