I arrived in Bogota for my son‘s wedding in Villa de Lyeva this weekend. I arrived after a long day of line associates at the Hotel Greeted me & helped me to my room. Took a 45 minute walk this morning and it was absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect. I will be back next week for my return trip and look forward to staying with you again. I wanted to convert dollars to pesos and was unable to do so. They directed me to the mall.

Very nice and a great location. More closet space in the rooms. Terrace is nice but can be dangerous for younger kids.

Clean, spacious and modern rooms. Friendly and efficient staff. A good mall right next door. Good breakfast. It’s a bit far from the historic center of the city.

I'm a repeat guest at this hotel and we keep coming here when in Bogota because it's wonderful. It's in front of a park so it is quiet outside and you enjoy the view of trees and in the background the mountain. The staff is friendly, attentive and professional. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The only thing I miss this time is a smart tv to be able to access streaming service, because we had plenty of time due to the reason for our visit and my partner needed to rest and not move much. If on vacation and going on tours and sightseeing that wouldn't be a problem.

Great stay ! The staff at the reception was so professional, warm and very welcoming. A special mention to Eduardo for being so helpful. The breakfast was fantastic and they were so kind to accommodate our dietry preferences. A good (and healthy) spread and one of the best Arepas we had during our trip to Colombia. We loved everything about our stay. The room is exactly how it looks in the photos and what we also enjoyed was the view from our room. Highly recommend NH Hacienda Collection in Bogota! -

Beautiful stay at the NH hotel It is a quiet hotel in a privileged area near restaurants and a shopping center, and also a church to be able to go to Mass very close that you can walk.

Matress and Wifi

Location was ok if you wanted to stay close to Usaquen Music specially at night at the restaurant, not appropriate for a relax dinner . Sounded more for a discotheque Also the carpet in the room was dirty and old . It looks that the rooms need a renovation.

Location and property quality. Park setting In Bogota with access to a safe interesting neighbourhood with many restaurants. Distance from the airport and central Bogota mean very long travel times given Bogotá’s heavy traffic

Decent, quiet and fairly safe neighborhood. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Location-wise is good, if you don't plan to visit the main basic touristic attractions of Bogotá. Misleading pricing. I was charged more than the price shown on Booking.com. Only afterward did the hotel say that taxes were not included in the booking rate, which is misleading. In Colombia, any mandatory charges should be clearly disclosed upfront before booking AND all taxes must be included. The same issue applied to breakfast: the price advertised did not match what was charged on site. The hotel itself is decent, but the lack of pricing transparency is a dealbreaker. The final amount ended up being significantly higher than expected, and at that price it wasn’t good value for money
