Pool and Jacuzzi are excellent Location is great Breakfast is good but used to be better! Staff is professional Good Meeting Rooms Breakfast is good but not great. In the past it was excellent. Now there are less choices, staff is too busy to be be helpful.

The breakfast is excellent. The location of the hotel is close to conference centre but far from downtown (e.g. Uber to the Museo Oro is approximately 12 km). However the hotel is a short walk to Usaquen business/leisure area with shopping and restaurants, and we caught the Sunday Flea market as well, which is very nice. There is indoor swimming pool with a good length (probably around 25 m). The room is spacious. We initially requested a higher floor but did not get, they assigned us to 3rd floor. Several mornings starting at 5 am we smell the cooking/baking in the room. Woke us up. Not bad enough to ask for a room change though.

The hotel is in very good condition. The restaurant is nice nand has good food options. The spa is amazing and the pool is great as well. Our mattress was very uncomfortable. Breakfast could be better.

Almost everything Please! Please! Please! get rid of that ancient SAT direct TV nonsense and get streaming (Netflix, YouTube, etc.) like every other hotel on planet earth. Aside from that everything is perfect! Especially the staff. They are amazing people. Highly recommend. :)
