It was nice experience,the only bad thing is some times the Uber got confused to find the address.

I’ve stayed in a private room and couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. Staff is amazing and location was perfectly suited for my needs, in a very nice spot within the trendiest area of Usaquen. It is understandable that some major constraints such as water rationing are beyond the control of any accommodation provider, but not being able to take a quick hot shower in a cold night after a long trip, reveals an urgent need of better planning and investment to ensure guests are not deprived from such essential need.

It is located in a beautiful and safe area just in the North of Bogota. It is walking distance to many cafes and restaurants and a short taxi ride from Chapinero. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. I would definitely come back again!

The quietness and location were great. The staff was also friendly and helpful. We had a private bathroom but another guest used it once and the staff told them that it was private and it didn't happen again. The room was a bit dirty. The blanket had a couple stains on it but nothing major.

The biggest asset of this hostel was the girl volunteering there Kizbely. She was the only one speaking English, very kind and thoughtful. The hostel is in a very nice neighborhood and feels really safe. The owner provided me a solution when I said that I need a soft mattress even though he charged extra per night It felt that the maintenance of the house was too overwhelming for the owner and there were a lot of small things that could be improved. A window blinder was dislocated, The raincoat hangers were poorly fitted on the door and always made a bad sound. The dining area looks really cheap. Also every time I had to renegotiate the price because the owner didn't want to accept the price that was on Booking. Plus he charged for the mattress topping (which was reasonable). Or maybe it's just a miscommunication. I also got sick in the hostel but not sure if I was the transmitter or the receiver

I loved the safe area in Usaquén. Liked my room and all the staff, the boss, and numerous volunteers ?? For the most time, I could sleep very well. Some of my room mates were perfect and became friends, the others - not. Clean facilities. Comfy bed, silent area, close to Santa Barbara trade center, transmilenio and supermarkets. I paid by Visa and the final sum was around 70 euros more than Booking price showed to me ;/

The location is perfect, right in the hearth of Usaquen! The staff was really friendly and they helped me with everything. The room was really clean and the bed was comfortable.

This is a hotel that feels like home with very friendly and kind staff. The room is clean and bright. The environment is beautiful and very quiet and safe. Recommend everyone to come to this hotel! I have no dissatisfaction.
