Everyone was very nice and accommodating. My room far exceeded my expectations. It was spacious and stylish, with a kitchenette. When I needed cooking utensils, they provided them and even gave me some butter to cook with when I forgot to buy it myself. Everything was in excellent condition. Cleaning service was excellent and made sure things were clean tidy, even when I stayed in my room working until the afternoon. When I asked where I could take my clothes to be washed, they did it for me very nicely in a few hours for a modest cost. In order to get in and out of the premises, you have to ask at the front desk or ring the bell at the gate. Someone always was there to help with that right away, but I'd prefer to be able to do that myself.

New property with very comfortable rooms and bathrooms. The staff was outstanding and helpful.

EXTREMELY clean. Constantly smelled like cleaning products (but not chemicals, just think lemon or sanitizing spray) It was quiet on property my whole stay, and the windows have good noise blocking. Nice unique decor. It was strange to me at first because the staff will actually try to talk to you and have a conversation. The gate stays locked at all times, (but you can quickly be let in or out.) Not many options for breakfast

Flores the manager is a superbly kind and genuinely helpful hostess. Literally happy to help 24 hours a day. The best!

Room was big and squeaky clean. The whole hotel which has home like vibe (I felt like I was in a beautiful home) was super clean and organized. Bed was comfortable. Hot water worked. There is a terrace where you can enjoy the city and mountain view with a glass of wine or a beer. The front desk lady whose name was Flor, was extraordinally nice and accomodating. She did our laundry and even folded them. Thank you Flor!!! You are amazing. I will definitely stay here again. Nothing.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Very soft sheets! I liked that there was a kitchen I could use and breakfast was offered for a fee in the morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the wifi was good. The shower flooded and the fridge didn't work in my room. Also, they were unclear on the options for breakfast and made it seem like I could order whatever I like for a fee of 15,000, this resulted in me being charged many 'extras' which weren't made clear to me until I checked out. The hotel should have a small menu available with prices for what they offer for breakfast. Also, each time you want to leave or return you need a staff member to let you in/out. This wasn't a big deal because I wasn't going out early/late but sometimes I was left waiting. This did make it feel very safe though.

The property has a boutique hotel feel but jt is more a bed and breakfast type of place The neighborhood looks a bit rough around the edges but you can tell by the people passing the street that it is really just a regular area.

Massive comfy bed. Warm shower. Really nice Staff. Lovely breakfast. Great value for money

Very nice staff, good rooms, nice hotel. The location isn’t the best to walk around at night but it’s good value.
