The staff was nice and friendly The staff doesn’t give you the key to your room which was quite surprising, and had to accompany us every time which must have been quite tiring also for them since there is no elevator and many floors. The cleanliness room and bed linen were not acceptable. We paid two night and stayed for one…

Location. Friendly front desk. Unable to lock the room from inside, so you feel vulnerable. In the morning at 8am while deep sleeping the cleaning lady knocked strongly and repeatedly the door several times and end up opening it while we were inside. Why don't use the room's phone instead? No privacy at all.

There are no keys for the room - on every time that you want to get in the room, you need someone from the staff let you in. This made me feel very uncomfortable getting in and out of my room. There are at least 5 floors and there is no elevator. The reception is practically in the parking, which makes you feel like you are entering a dark, noisy place. You get a very tiny bit of soap, and the shower did not work well.

It is a noisy neighborhood and the hotel did not isolate the noise properly. The mattress is hard and not comfy at all. But this can be something that depends on each person.

Extremely clean, nice and comfortable. Very well located. Close to very good places to eat and to Transmilenio. The staff were very helpful and polite. A mini fridge in the room would be nice.

Clean, good location and cheaper than most hotels/hostels in the area. Staff was friendly too. Having to ask reception every time to get into your room is not very convenient, and the bed is a bit hard.

The reception was great. The ladies were incredibly friendly and all the rest of the service too! But that was literally the only thing that was positive The place was dirty: Hair on the sheets, the pillow case & on the floor upon our arrival. There were stains on the sheets and the pillow cases. It was EXTREMELY loud: You can hear all the neighbours around & the sound of the street, cars. Music from the evening until late night hours, until 3am during the week... The windows or the walls aren't blocking out any kind of side. The bedding was extremely ncomfortable: THE worst mattress & THE worst pillow I've ever had in my entire life in a hotel. It was generally inconvenient: You don't get a key for your room, each time you want to get into it, you need to ask someone form the staff to open it up for you. The bathroom wasn't well equipped: No brush for the toilet was provided, making it disgusting if you're not only staying alone. The location of the hotel was fine but nothing exceptional.
