Excelente lugar, bonito y cómodo, facilidades y restaurante ahí mismo, había muchas cosas cerca y la zona es agradable, un cafecito callejero a un costado muy bueno! Un poco pequeña la habitación, pero todo bien!

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. When I checked in, there was no running water in the room. I was told it would be restored by 4:00 p.m., but even after waiting for several hours, there was still no water. It was very inconvenient because I couldn’t use the bathroom or take a shower. A hotel should ensure that basic facilities like water are available for guests. The staff’s communication was poor, and the issue took far too long to resolve. I would not recommend staying here unless these problems are properly addressed.

Our reservation was confirmed as payment during check-in. Hotel started to ask about our reservation 3 days ago, saying that they need confirmation since the hotel is full and they need payment. We confirmed our stay, and said that we would pay during check-in. After that, it was a nightmare. They tried to get payment from our credit card, however, our credit card did not give permission without our online confirmation. We were not able to give online permission since we were in middle of nowhere in the Colombia natural parks. We tried to get in touch with this hotel whenever we have the opportunity, but they did not pick up the phone. As a result, we arrived at Bogota without knowing if we still had a valid reservation or not. And during check-in, they said that it is their corporate policy whenever the hotel is full! We stayed in 4 different hotels in 4 different cities in Colombia, with the same idea of payment during check-in, and this is the only hotel make it a horrible experience!

Price and cleanliness Bar next door with loud music

Breakfast delicious. The bed is very hard and against a wall; keep in mind that a tall or large person may find it uncomfortable to sit on the toilet.
-
The shower wasn't well regulated, it kept suddenly changing from very hot to very cold. There is lot of noice coming from a nearby nightclub on weekends up until late at night.

The hotel is great for the value, in a good location but at night it feels dangerous , overall a good experience. If you get a room facing the street expect some noise from a nearby club . My room was facing the street, so there was noise coming from a nearby club . The noise went on unitl 4 AM

The view and the food The first day that I stayed, it was a normal breakfast… they didn’t have the buffet available

The people of the hotel it’s very friendly and it’s very nice hotel Come back to bogota

Parking available and that is convenient. Also the location is great, it is close to a 13th street what gives easy access to commerce.

It was very safe. Everything was good.

Breakfast
-
Big open glass cafe open 24 hours with good espresso coffee machine. Very congenial from desk staff No thing

The room was incredibly small, and the window didn’t open, letting in any fresh air. I felt trapped in a box. The mattress was hard, while the pillows were soft and uncomfortable. The breakfast was good, but the food was always the same every day. They should be more creative and prepare something different. One day, I arrived for breakfast nine minutes before the start time, which was 6 am. To my astonishment, they didn’t let me enter the restaurant until 6 am, even though the buffet was open. lready setup. Definitely would not stay there again.

Great place to stay if you’re on a budget, small rooms but got all you need and they’re comfortable, great staff also people were nice. All was good

Very modern, very polite personnel. It was also clean. N/A

The place is colorful. You can leave your bags after check-out and you get numbered tickets to reclaim them, which seems safer than the average hotel luggage storage. The rooms are very small, similar to Japanese hotel rooms, but without all the perks. The bathroom is also small, with little space in front of the toilet, so it's difficult to sit, and the toilet is also super low, making it really uncomfortable (I had to sit almost sideways). The twin bed rooms have a very weird distribution, and the bed next to the window gets pretty cold. The double bed rooms have the TV on the side of the bed, so it's not comfortable to watch TV while in bed. The TV has a bunch of channels, but it isn't smart, so no apps. The hotel is located close to a dance club, so expect to hear loud music late into the night, specially during the weekends. The area around the hotel isn't pretty, but it's not too far from some big streets with public transportation.
