Hyatt Place Boise/Towne Square

Great place to stay as we passed thru Idaho

Great room, clean and hotel was great. Only had a short stay but no issues. Breakfast was good also before leaving.

Bed and pillows so comfortable. Breakfast great and free. Bistro not helpful for dinner but lots of nearby choices.

The room was clean and comfort5able. The location when wanting to get to things in town.

Clean, convenient, pleasant and friendly.

I give 99% good feedback but I feel like this is a health concern.

Everything was great. They were accommodating. Only things was the ice machine was broken, which was not an issue for us.

Clean rooms, wonderful staff. Easy parking and easy building access. Great breakfast hours too

Everyone was so helpful, including the front desk staff! They accommodated holding our luggage while we waited for our check-in time and that was so nice as we were able to travel the town more.

I don’t know why this place isn’t ranked higher. It is clean, modern and well kept. And in a great location away from interstate noise. Many restaurants nearby. Plus good shopping. The only mark against it is that common with many of these Hyatt’s - the breakfast is poor.

Do not come to this hotel. my room was disgusting the bed stunk and pillows were crap. but that's not even the worst part. wed night I paid almost 300$ for my son and I. A MAN WALKED INTO MY ROOM USING A KEY AS I WAS GETTING OUT OF SHOWER. I SLAMMED THE DOOR SHUT BEFORE HE COULD GET IN . How is that even possible? what a security Issue. imagine if I was armed. The staff apologized. that is how they handled the situation. and point to my account . I dont even have an account there. not too mention I wouldn't stay there again if someone paid me. The best part when I went to thr front ro tell them I was locked out of my room while my child was asleep for over 30 min. so a random man's keys worked for my room but mine didnt. I get accidents happen but their reaction seemed like this was not a rare occurrence. Do not stay here unless you want random men coming into yr room in the middle of the night and get treated like your the problem. God help this place and everyonewho enters. breakfast was trash too

Great clean rooms

When we entered the hotel, the management was talking. The door was open. They were just sitting around and the front lady helped us, but there was a cleaning cart next to the front registration, and that was strange to me and then there were carts for cleaning all lined up in the hallway and that's like the first thing that you see when we got to our room there was somebody in it apparently cleaning a spot on the floor, our toilet clogged, and that was the end of it and we left early

Overall everything was good! Nice hotel, I really liked the layout of the room and the breakfast was great with lots of choices! The only thing I was disappointed with is I payed extra to have a room on the top floor and I did not get that! They said the hotel was full and I was no longer getting a room on the top floor. At about 4am I was abruptly awaken by loud noises from above (my heart was a racing). The noises went on for about 10-15mins! No compensation was offered.

The room was nice beds comfortable but the breakfast was awful and no coffee only juice milk and water.

We love staying here. Big room with pull out bed if grandkids come over and pool, gym, and breakfast. A big lobby area when we order food in and have family visit. We stay here every time we come to visit family in boise. Convenient location.

Very helpful and friendly staff!!

Clean room

The carpets were very dirty, the beds were comfortable, the staff went above and beyond serving when I had a need. Breakfast was limited in options and amounts, seating was also very limited during a weekday breakfast.
