the service and the team was very help full and the rom was exactly as described, happy with what it came out to, will stay again if needed Ac unit was useless cus of the france and Eu regulations and energy consuption which i understand but in heat days in summer its really REALLY not helping at all its better to turn it off then to use it at this point, and would be better to provide a fan instead of the ac at 26 degrees (maximum settings the ac allows, other wise it shuts off automatically)

Nothing, really nothing. The hotel experience was disappointing and did not meet reasonable expectations. Communication and handling of the issue were poor, which created unnecessary frustration. What made matters worse was the lack of effective support from Booking.com. Instead of resolving the problem, customer service provided conflicting information, false promises, and unprofessional behavior. A platform that customers trust should ensure proper assistance when issues arise, but in this case both the hotel experience and Booking.com support were below standard. Very disappointing overall.

We booked a triple room, we were two with a child and one more person. But they gave us only a double room! At the reception they asked us to wait and found nothing and we had to sleep four on one bed. The room is small for dwarfs and dirty. The towels are dirty! The bathroom is terrible! I saw all the bad reviews, I thought we would somehow spend the night, but I was not ready for the fact that we would have to sleep four on one bed!! So now you can expect anything except dirt, but cheap

Location: Relatively close to both airports, easy access to Central Paris via public transport. It seemed secure with ample perimeter lighting and a metal room door. The internet service was also good. The room is POOR. It is very small. Feels cramped for two people and more so for three. It lacked some basic items such as glasses or cups, ice bucket, face towels, etc. The bathroom is tiny with a foul odor. One of the rooms had a blocked leaky waste water pipe under the face basin, which seemed to have been a perienial issue. The face basin seemed to have long passed its useful life. It is discolored from apparent years of wear and tear. It felt rather unsanitation. The breakfast is meager; just small pieces of bread, coffee, tea, milk, juice, and cereals on one of the two days we had breakfast. Generally, the place seemed to be suffering from the lack of timely maintenance and overdue for a major upgrade.

Quiet environment and clean parking space. Breakfast was managable. Bathroom and small room. Thé a/c wasn't functioning well and tte Heater wasn't working. Thé room was very cold even as it rainned throughout the night thé werent't blankets and thé pillows quiet small and uncomfortable.

Booking.com and the hotel refund the money... But wasted the night... They should close that so called hotel and booking.com should not accepted on his site
