Quite , clean and best service The shuttle to the Airport starts 7am though our boarding is 7am . You should follow the gusts flight schedule

Very clean and the room was spacious and cozy. The outside garden and view beautiful. Dining area clean bright and beautiful. Loved it. I wanted to open the curtains to see the view outside the bedroom. There was old mattresses sort of where they dump old stuff. So I couldn't open the curtains.

On one of the nights when the hotel was sold out, I was transferred to another place (partner hotel). I didn't like it as much due to its further location and the rooms didn't meet my expectations. Nonetheless, the hotel took full responsibility of my stay while there.

The breakfast was not upto scratch. We waited for basic food, bread and yogurt. Coffy also not upto a hotel caliber. Coffy maker machine broken. No chef available during meals. Cheese just finished. The number of guests is important to be considered during breakfast. Variety of coffee. Nicer food warmers. Bowel for dry ingredients can look better. Share loadshedding schedule with your guests. If possible hav generator for basic like warm water

Barry was such a vibe ? Staff is very friendly willing and ready to assist. Breakfast was awesome. The lady at the breakfast area was so warm and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel.
