The staff were friendly and accommodating as they could possible be. Everything, PLEASE DONT GO HERE EVEN ON YOUR LAST DIME. It was an extremely cold night, my partner and I were already sick with fever and cold. When we arrived at the room the window was open? Which makes no sense because it’s clearly making the room feel like it’s snowing in there and the ceiling paint was literally tearing off. We asked the receptionist for a heater or even another room with a heater we can relocate to and she said we have no heaters… I get she was new but as the property manager if you know it’s a cold night at least have the common sense to know that your guest will REQUIRE heat. We had to sleep there that night because it was around 8 or 9 and no other nearby bookings were available. That night I had already asked for a refund.

The location was good, it is a quiet and safe area. The host was very welcoming. The room, toilet and shower were very dirty.
