Hotel Kaštil

Nothing For 200 EURO per night this is absurd. They intentionally downgrade themselves to 3 stars because then no rooms require refrigerator, employee said this. This is like a casino scam. For the price you don’t get refrigerator or a custom AC, only a built in ventilation system from the 70’s. Absolutely avoid. It’s so old is absurd. It is NOT LIKE PICTURES!!!!!

Everything was great! From the room to breakfast and staff who were friendly and accommodating.

Friendly staff , driver support for parking and location above an excellent restaurant. Also only 20 min walk to Bol beach . Amazing chocolate croissant at breakfast and flat white coffee . Nothing

Service from all the staff was fabulous - so welcoming and friendly! Despite the heavy rain, we were picked up from our car with a smile and treated with a hot coffee/tea upon arrival. Breakfast was varied and fresh, and the patio had stunning views. Location was perfect! Rooms were very basic and dated. Zero amenities.

We were supposed to stay three nights. The air conditioning in our room was not working correctly. So when I went to the front desk on the first night to tell them there was a problem. a man said it’s a brand new unit so that is impossible. A young women then came to our room turned the dial and told me it was fine. It was very warm in the room all night. We checked out the next day and went to a different hotel.

Airconditioning in room had a leak in bathroom leaving floor damp and a slip hazard.

Great location and staff was great, the receptionists Anna and Petra were so sweet and helpful!!! Loved this hotel!!!

The location is great. Michelle at the front desk is very, nice, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. Great value

Staff could’ve been friendlier. Offered to store valuebkes after check out but when came back to get no one at desk and storage spot unlocked so good news we did not miss ferry waiting for staff but bad news is the valuables were not locked up- nothing stolen but a bit worrisome

amazing hotel! everything was perfect. room wasn't anything huge but definitely spacious enough for two people. we had a view of the ocean from the window. breakfast was buffet style with many options to choose from. comfortable bed, working ac, clean room, location was perfect. coffee could be a bit better during breakfast. otherwise it was perfect!

Nice breakfast terrace. Music playing nightly below felt like being serenaded. Great location..close to store, pier and bar downstairs. Nice housekeeping who provided extra towels , paper. Nice view from room upstairs. Hotel is slightly outdated and staff slightly rude. Asked for morning coffee, but was told he doesn't make coffee, only espresso...isn't that ground coffee? I also could've sworn i paid the city tax twice. This is a hotel after all and customer service needs improvement.

Location was amazing. Free breakfast Rooms were very small. Staff was just okay.

Location is Amazing - that’s really all! Almost all Staff had the worst attitude. Didn’t even look up from their personal phones when we approached the reception or entered the hotel. Air conditioner, barely cooled. Thankfully it was a cold front in the area. Would not be a good situation in the heat of summer. As many have stated before, this hotel with its location and incredible Terrace could be incredible, but unfortunately, it is not. The staff does not even put out the cushions for breakfast nor the placemats. I saw many people going and getting their own. Staff just does not seem happy and that leads to a mediocre/bad vibe. I would not stay here again unless it vastly improved. The rooms are very sparse. It reminds me of a communist era hotel once I stayed in near Zagreb. Many more options in the area.

Amazing location. Great staff especially the daily cleaning crew, they were the friendliest! Small rooms but I’d be doing Bol wrong if that mattered a lot.
