Gorgeous property, perfect location, and the staff are incredible! Nick and his wife run this hotel with the most amazing hospitality - they truly ensure that you enjoy every minute of your stay. We absolutely loved the breakfasts each morning with delicious homemade cakes and fresh, made to order eggs. The location itself is a very short walk from the town, restaurants, and the ferry port, which was very convenient. Finally, Zlatni Rat beach is about a 20-30 minute walk — very flat and scenic with tons of shops and places to get food, drinks. Nothing!

Nick was an amazing host and the staff overall was very attentive and helpful!

Great breakfast in Clyde’s. Lovely common areas to sit and relax or have drink and visit with other travelers.

Everything! Beautiful property with a lot of historical character and a lovely garden and terrace. The superior room is spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with homemade pastries and marmalade, fresh fruit , and eggs made to order served on the terrace. The location is also excellent—a couple of blocks from the center of Bol, and a 25-minute walk down a lovely promenade to Zlatni Rat beach. And Nick and Elena, the owners, are just wonderful people. This was a highlight of our trip to Croatia, and we were sorry we couldn’t stay longer! No complaints—it was a great stay

Exceptionally beautiful and classy. Abundant and delicious breakfast in a lush garden. The manager, Nick, was so warm and kind. He was interesting to talk to and seemed genuinely interested in talking to us. The rest of the staff was very personable as well. It was my husbands birthday and the staff created the most delicious and beautiful cake for us with tiny bits of decorative fruits and chocolate. It was all wonderful.

The location and the landscape. The room interior is a bit outdated.

Our stay was phenomenal! We arrived late by ferry and the after hours check-in was very smooth. Nick was very communicative and extremely friendly - he was truly what made this stay exceed our expectations. You can tell that he puts a lot of work into the property, he speaks to all guests as if they are his old friends, and his attention to every minor detail is truly spectacular. The breakfast was amazing, everything was so fresh and homemade, served with homemade honey and fig jam! The rooms are extremely clean, well put together, the grounds are beyond beautiful (so many places to just sit and relax) and lastly the location couldn't be better. It is a one minute walk down the street until you are on the main walkway by the water. We will recommend Villa Giardino to friends & family! The shower is teeny tiny for those who are tall (my partner is 6'3 and he had some trouble). However, this is a heritage hotel so what do you expect? The building is old, and Nick did inform us that they are planning on remodelling the bathrooms.

Breakfast was delicious too, with cereal, yogurt, fruits, homemade cakes… and then made-to-order eggs, veggies, etc too! It really felt like a treat to stay at Villa Giardino!

Exactly what you would expect from a presidential suite. Just amazing Nothing

We loved this hotel - history combined with luxury & the nicest hosts ever. Wished we had stayed longer than 2 days. Smallish room/ bathroom but there are larger available

Very good

Just a short walk from the port the hotel was centrally located. The last 100 metres is uphill. Nothing was too much trouble for Nick and the team. We were really impressed by the breakfast and friendly staff. We had a nice room and an amazing sleep due to peaceful location and high quality bedding. A small bar would have been nice however I completely understand that in a small hotel this is hard to justify.

What an amazing property! So beautiful. The rooms were luxurious great attention to detail. Nick was exceptional with service and assistance had very much a upmarket boutique feel to it. Breakfast was sensational. I would rate a 15 if I could. There was nothing to dislike about this property. Very close to town with an easy walk. Excellent service, everything catered to.
