Best Western Plus Tower Hotel Bologna

The location is not ideal

Out of the 3 elevators only 2 were working. My room was in 16th floor. Because of the obviously not very modern elevator management I spent a lot of time waiting for an elevator. I recommend taking a room in one of the lower floors so one can walk and doesn't depend on using the elevator.

Central location in Bologna and helpful staff. The elevators were too small and not enough to accommodate such a large facility.

Elevators are too busy and one of them is Out of order

This always our stop when we drive to Rome. Easy to reach from the A1, large parking lot and wonderful breakfast (brunch). Everyone is nice and very helpful.We love it! Love everything

Our room was spotless and exceptionally comfortable, and we especially loved the great shower. The breakfast was outstanding—rich in both quality and variety! Having convenient, free parking for our vehicle was the perfect bonus. Highly recommended! Cleanliness at the main entrance needs improvement. The room itself was nice, but the reception area and elevators felt worn out and desperately need an update.

Приятен хотел, реновирани стаи, голям безплатен паркинг, приемат домашни любимци срещу малка такса. Има рейс на 300 метра от хотела, който стига директно до центъра. Препоръчвам стая на по-висок етаж от към страната на блоковете, т.к. от другата е главния път, който е малко шумен.

Elevators are old and one of tree is not working which is a problem in 18 store building.

Comfortable rooms, very clean, free parking and good location near the airport. Nothing, it’s really nice.

Excellent customer service, great breakfast buffet for a good price. The rooms are big, clean and very comfortable. Nothing! Everything was great!

Poor breakfast.. they do not reffil , at 9.30h there was nothing to choose, almost only bread and jam. Huge minus for that star hotel.

It was very convenient as we were passing through Bologna. The front desk staff at check-in and check out were exceptional. A helped us charge our car and then called the rental car company. The pillows were tough!

The rooms are well organized. The staff informed me incorrectly.

Room is spacious and clean, location is very close to the highway and 10 minutes to city center, staff are helpful The place looks dull and have an elevators issue

Staff is really nice, clean but old hotel plus for central, 15 min.with taxi. stayed at 7th floor but there is no chance to open the window in room!Price - performance hotel, clean but old.

Asked for advice on how to get a taxi in the city center and the reception guy was not helpfull and gave the wrong instructions, like it was easy just to call a taxi instead of informing where all the taxis were waiting to pick up customers

Comfortable and clean rooms, very friendly staff and easily reachable by bus location. There is also a supermarket in front of the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay at Best Western Plus Tower hotel Bologna and I can only recommend! -

The location for traveling was great. The size of room was perfect for a family of 3 and they allowed pets. The bar and restaurant were also fantastic Nothing was bad

bed was comfortable I waited a lot for lifts, and the sound insulation of the room was poor
