Room was big and good with air condition Mini bar was not working middle of day and staff said that we can made Coffe self service. Everything good but there was only coffee, not milk (I’m want drink cappuccino) and very very dirty glasses - disgusting, nobody care about higiena

Its in a good location and easy access to the bus right in front of the hotel. The staff at the front desk were amazing especially Beshir who helped with transportation to the airport very early in the morning House keeping was not that good . Waking us up to clean in the morning and not removing used cup after rooms are cleaned. Also there was no food for an entire day because the chef was off and no notification was given in advance

Wonderful stay, definitely great value for money! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything was exactly as expected. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff were nice and very helpful. The breakfast was nice had a nice selection of different options. We had two rooms one of the rooms had a view of the office building and it was super loud we had to change rooms. Sleeping was impossible but the staff did offer to quickly change rooms. If you are booking ask for a room that has a street view.

Size of room for three adults excellent. A big TV. Excellent lifts. Very good breakfast with friendly Spanish speaking staff. Pillows too soft. Little details in the room could need fixing. Needs a plumbing fix in the bathroom. AC is not sufficient for the heat of August.

Very nice, modern hotel. Rooms are decent size, close to highway. Good breakfast. Quiet. Garage parking (at a fee). Professional atmosphere. It’s not easy to find to due to roadworks confusing Satnav. A sign might help.
