The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. Very welcoming. If I had wanted to use the kettle, I would have had to put it on the floor, under the desk, to plug it in. Unacceptable!

The receptionist helps us with our questions. They are very courteous and genuinely looking to help their customers. The people serving in the breakfast area. I do not know if they are shy, or if it is the language barrier, but they are practically mute. They should be trained that at least speak the official language, after all we are in Italy. They don't look to their customer and avoid eye contact. I caught one lady one morning who was talking to the receptionist while in the breakfast area were about three table unattended, meaning that people had their breakfast already, they were gone, but the tables were with the dirty dishes still on. She finished her conversation with the receptionist and went directly back to the kitchen without checking the breakfast area. I ignored if that was her job or not. Perhaps that is the attitude.

The hotel is in a great location on one of the main streets in the city center. The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. Overall, everything was good.

Fantastic Location- 8 mins walk to Bologna Train Station and Piazza Maggiore Clean, Quiet, Good air conditioning. Would recommend Pillows were not the most comfortable Lift was very slow

This hotel was wonderful from the very welcoming and friendly reception where I was told they had upgraded me to a double room. The room was immaculate with lovely quiet air conditioning, kettle, fridge, ensuite modern shower and toiletries. Breakfast was included which was basic but adequate. I moved from Hotel Bologna Palace Centro which was disgraceful. Beware it has NO AIR CONDITIONING. Everything was perfect.

Room was spacious and very clean There was only a hand held shower over a bath and no shower curtain or screen. We found this a bit challenging.
