Great location within walking distance of the city center and not too far from the train station. Supermarkets nearby. Rooms are spacious, clean, and have AC. Staff was really friendly/helpful. As others have warned, if you arrive after 7 they will charge you for a late check in, so just keep that in mind. Overall was a great stay.

the location was great. sadly it could have been a bit more cleaner, the other guests were extremely noisy during the day and even at night sometimes. The bathroom had an extra door that was closed and blocked but u could hear others and others could hear u, not great.

Location Be careful when making a reservation because they have some rooms with a shared bathroom and some without. If it matters to you, pay attention. We booked a shared bathroom and didn’t realize it. Property had a room for a small fee with non shared bathroom so we appreciated that.

The location is excellent, close to the central station and a very good sushi restaurant. :)) The host was friendly and responsive. The place was clean and I would definitely stay here again and i reccomend it to others. Also for solo travelers. The area was a bit noisy and i'd suggest bringing earplugs.

The location is great, close to the train station and comfortably in walking distance from the centre of Bologna. The building is quite interesting from the 20th century. Check-in communication was good. It seems like there is only 1 bathroom for maybe 6-8 rooms. I had to wait a couple of times. Reception not always manned - toilet paper ran out on my last day. Some rooms face a very loud road.

I had a wonderful stay in Bologna! The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect — close to everything but still quiet at night. The host was welcoming, responsive, and made check-in very easy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bologna! I liked everything!

Perfect location! Clean, tidy and spacious for solo traveller. Sharing the bathroom wasn’t an issue at all. It’s quite big and clean. I had a little fridge in the bathroom that a balcony.

Close to the station and close to many restaurants. Not obvious it's a hotel from street level as its on floor 5 of a building. But communication prior to arrival was great.

Generally it wasn’t bad, room pretty the same as on the photos I had the reservation for the property at different location, it was not far from the original booking, however I wasn’t informed about the change earlier. The noise from the street was so loud that I couldn’t sleep at night. Weird smell in the building.
