Great location in the heart of the old town, perfect to explore the city for a few days.

Location and cleanliness Certain Staff were extremely rude and unhelpful

The hotel was located in an excellent area of the city. We were steps away from one of the main shopping streets. Rooms were very nice and modern. We stayed in one of the apartments’. It was awesome. Finally, the rooftop was what was expected, glorious. Nothing to dislike.

A+ air conditioning

From the time we booked the hotel areas was very responsive and helpful. I asked for a few things due to my husband’s health issues and they went above and beyond! He loved the tub with jets so that he could soak his legs after walking during the day. We asked for a refrigerator for his medications. Although the room already had one, they installed an additional one that was not hooked up to the key card and would stay in all the time. WOW! What service! They really went the extra mile for us as guests. The room and facilities were all clean and lovely. The room was spacious with a couch and desk, and stocked refrigerator (food and drinks for purchase). The breakfast room was a nice option. I was hesitant to pay €15/day pp but there was such an array of foods to choose from that we chose to eat there each morning. The young ladies working breakfast each were so delightful it was a pleasure seeing them each morning. They provided the best dining service we’ve experienced in all of Italy. After one day they remembered your taste and made sure you had everything you wanted. The location is perfect. It’s on a side street so there is no noise at all. It’s not far from the train station (maybe 5-7 min ride, €9-10). Because we planned excursions to neighboring towns this was a great location. And yet it is only about a ten minute walk to the main Piazza. Their dinner recommendations were superb!! Nothing.

It was well-equipped and a good stay - the apartment was well-located just off the Main Street. The apartment was a bit of a hassle to get to from checking in at the hotel - the hotel was clear about this but I think I underestimated the distance and dragging our bags.

We stayed in The Met Apartment and it was absolutely FANTASTIC! We went to the hotel (two roads away but still extremely close) where we checked in and received our key cards to the apartment. A lovely member of staff walked us to the door and explained how everything worked. The apartment had twin beds in one room (at our request) and a double bed in the open plan living area. It had all necessary equipment for a fabulous stay. The air conditioning was working perfectly and kept us cool in the 40 degree heat outside. The hotel also hosts a lovely roof top bar which we used and enjoyed very much. We would definitely recommended this hotel and would stay again. Nothing, it was fab!
