La Suite Rooms & Apartments

I liked that all the information was provided ahead of time and that the entire stay was contactless, with only payment transactions and numerical lock numbers shared for entry. The staff was really friendly, and the rooms clean and well equipped. The entrance door to the room is not insulated at all and has a big gap at the bottom. During the one night we stayed at this accommodation, there were also guests that came inside in the middle of the night, were slamming doors, and shouting loudly, audibly drunk. As there's nobody at the premise and the harm of waking us up was already done, this severely negatively impacted our enjoyment of the stay, as our primary goal is always to have a good night's sleep when booking accommodation.

The property is right in the centre, making it very convenient and close to plenty of restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. unfortunately, our stay was affected by some issues that made it difficult to sleep well. The noise from people outside regularly woke us up during the night, and the refrigerator also made a loud noise throughout the night. When we first arrived, we also had some difficulty entering the apartment using the code provided. When we called the person who had sent us the information, we felt that his response sounded somewhat annoyed, which made the situation less pleasant than it could have been.

This is my second year staying with this host, and I’ve been very happy with the experience. The rooms are clean, and the check-in and check-out process is easy and convenient.

Very accommodating host, was able to store our bags early & securely and very responsive Just the fridge was not cooling, but I'm confident the host will take care of it.

I don't like the bathroom. the shower cabin quickly clogs up and is full of water. There is also an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. The location is great, but I must mention that it is very noisy.

Great location, excellent communication

Location was excellent. Right in the centre of town and close to buses and trains. Spacious bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, and it was really nice to be able to cook and store food in the fridge. There was a bit of a knack to getting the stove on, but they provided a lighter.

Very functional at a perfect distance between the city center and the old city! AC worked well and was so necessary. Everything was clean, functional! Perfect for what we wanted. Super location !

Great location, in the middle...

The room was very clean and in an excellent location (just 5 min from the central square). In the mini refrigerator there wasn't any bottle of water.

Location Room 203: The mattress needs to be thrown out of the window. You normally book a room to sleep and shower and we couldn’t sleep. The mattress curves when you lie down so you better sleep on the floor. I had headache and backache after “sleeping”
