The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the city center. The rooms and all the common areas were exceptionally clean, and the mattress was really comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special shout-out to Giuseppe — he was absolutely amazing! A big thank you for the upgrade as well. We truly appreciated it. The location is quite convenient to visit tourist attractions and not too far away from the train station. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious. The air conditioner is not really cool.

Great location (for me) midway between the railway station and the city centre with a lot of good restaurants nearby. Nice room with very comfortable double bed, but bathroom was a little tight. Very quiet at night. Nothing of importance.

Everything in the hotel was great! The location is perfect - you are close to all the tourist attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room, although on the small side, is clean and tidy and has everything you need. The AC works perfectly, it's not too hot or too cold, the sheets and towels are clean, there are toiletries in the bathroom. In addition, there is a coffee machine that you can use for free from 7 to 23, which saved us a lot of money, and the coffee was very good. Overall, I recommend this place. We had a very pleasant stay. The only thing I didn't really like was the one-ply toilet paper and the pump on the shower gel in the bathroom, which didn't work correctly, but that's not the end of the world.

We were very happy with the central location and complementary coffee which was tasty! The shower was not a good design for the space and soaked the floor but other than that the hotel exceeded our expectations. Shower was difficult and soaked the floor.

A small but clean room - very good for a short stay. The personnel at the reception was very kind and helpful. Some mosquitos flying. If you open the window you can hear every word spoken on the street.

Disappointing

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and nice room There were some tiny nitpicks with the room, a stain in the fridge, water damage under the AC, but honestly so minor that I think 9/10 overall experience is still more than justified

We stayed in a top-floor room where the air conditioning was not cooling, and the room temperature remained around 29°C late at night. Despite reporting the issue, no proper solution was offered until I personally asked for another room at around 2:00 a.m., while my children had to sleep sweating and my wife could not sleep at all. At checkout, instead of apologizing, the receptionist implied that the air conditioning had been working normally and presented the alternative room and waived city tax as if they were a favor. Overall, this was an unacceptable experience with poor service, rude behavior, and a complete lack of proper hotel management.

The location was fantastic- right in the centre. Well equipped- with little kitchen. The place was very cozy and sweet with a huge comfortable bed and nice linen. Everything was clean and tidy. The A/C was a bit loud.
