Great location, easy check-in, very clean, nice space to leave luggage after checkout if you need No balcony (this is fine, but showed up in the pictures so was kind of hoping we’d get it)

Check-in with property owner was great. He was very helpful with a map showing us the “must sees” and some good restaurant recommendations. The property was lovely. Very clean and just the right size for us as a couple. The location was perfect! It was an easy, short walk to the city center, shopping and train station. We would stay here again if in Bologna. Bologna was also a beautiful town! We had no issues or concerns at all. A full size mirror somewhere in the room or adjacent hallway would be helpful.

The location. Parking, lack of hot water, check in time compared to check out is highly compressed, and the room was super plain. It was average, as advertised.

Service was great, the location was excellent, and the small balcony was very nice. Room was clean and quiet.

The hotel is next to several bars and restaurants and a short walk from museums and other sites. They cleaned the room every day, which was probably not required but a nice to have. There is a kettle and coffee provided as well as a mini bar with reasonably priced items. They let me drop my luggage off early and they arranged for a taxi to pick me up the day I left for the airport. It is not a B & B and I am not sure why they feel they need to use this label for their establishment. (They do offer to pick it up for you, but that does not make it a B&B.) The walls are a little thin, but I found that running the fan blocked out the noise from the other guests and the street noise with the shutters closed.

Beds were comfortable. Fair quality for price paid.

The location was very good, the bathroom was nicely renovated and we had all the facilities we needed!

Great location - midway between Bologna central and centre of the city. Everything was good.

The mattress could’ve been better, it was slanted in towards the middle.

In our room, the bathroom lock didn’t work very well, so I suggest not to lock the bathroom. They may probably fix it by now. Anyway, please check.

Location is perfect, many restaurants right in front. Easy walk to city center as the street is a direct and busy with businesses and people, making a fun and safe walk at anytime!!! It's about 7-10 minutes mwalk Check in is pretty strict at 3pm, other than that the check-in person was extremely accommodating and helpful.

Some outside street noise at night, but that is not the properties fault.

The location was great very close to major sights. The room was very clean with a large, comfortable bed and abundant pillows and extra blankets. The bathroom was newly remodeled and was well stocked. Would definitely stay here again!

Superb

The room was clean, big and comfy. Everyone was really helpful. The only cons were that it wasn’t as warm, especially in the bathroom, and that some nights it was a bit noisy from the bars and restaurants near. Overall we would visit again because everyone was friendly and helpful and the room was pretty nice ☺️
